It sounds resource saving, and good, however, for a busy visitor/tourist can be another piece added to multitasking. Looks like this is a new trnd in hospitality industry. Other than that, it is in a nice location, good Hotel. Hearing and watching planes of local small Airport next door was fine for me. But people looking for 0 noise, may think twice.
