We are so glad we chose Aiden by Best Western, Scottsdale North. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated very nicely. The landscaping is beautiful - with fragrant flowers. The hotel has many features available that we did not use because we had such a full schedule already. The bar, gym, pool and yard area looked wonderful and the rooms with patios to the outdoor recreation areas would have been great if we were using the features available. All in all, we really enjoyed our 6 night stay. Thank you Aiden by Best Western. We will see you again! Great ~ Great Staff!!
- HBHeidi BurnsNov 13, 20255.0Our room was very clean, pillows were actually comfortable along with the bed. Housekeeping was cleaning lobby when we entered, even the elevator was clean. I had only one scare when our room was between two elevator area. Im a light sleeper, never heard elevator noise, only one guys conversation. Front desk staff was just Meh! I know i could not be energetic all the time, so I gave her grace.
- AHAngel HernandezNov 12, 20251.0I stay at this place the deposits were low and service was impeccable however my recent experience has been completely the opposite the Receptionist was condescending them rude I called them to verify the deposit and she spoke with me with a condescending attitude and just told me to cancel my reservation if I couldn’t pay the deposit without finding a solution or something professional. I’m genuinely mad at the unprofessionalism.
- DDDJNov 11, 20251.0This place is run down has a bad smell you’re paying for location the coffee is weak and continental breakfast is $12 but they don’t charge you they sneak it on your bill even if you just grab a coffee the Air conditioning filter is dirty and there is no exhaust fan in bathroom the staff did not change my AC filter and did not give room service every day even though I called in and asked front desk in person parking is east and free but beware many campers in parking lot no security

I have called countless times for a refund on the extra charge and staff doesn’t know what to do each time. The manager is impossible to reach through phone and email. Staff is extremely unprofessional and apparently needs to be better trained on check-ins.
