  Very nice staff, excellent location, especially if you like watching lesuire Jets take off and land. Near everything, close to freeways. No complaints from me or anyone in my party

  Stayed here for a week while my condo was having work done, the room was clean and large the only negative was you must request housekeeping at the front desk which is a bit weird.The hotel could use updating . Breakfast which is included every morning was a plus and Steve and his wife Pam went above and beyond in the breakfast area thank you both so much.The hotel is walking distance to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons shopping mall.

  It's an old hotel. Feels like a motel. But good location, AC/Heater, microwave fridge, coffee machine, TV's, good bed, bigger rooms, average tasting breakfast, clean pool for kids (only 3 feet) small but good bathrooms. For the price we paid, its worth it. Don't compare this with bigger new hotels.

  This is a very old hotel in need of a major refresh. On the upside, the location is excellent and the staff was friendly. The room was fairly spacious. Lots of parking and it was very quiet at night midweek during my one night stay. It was nice not to hear car traffic. On the downside -the room I stayed in was a throwback to the 80s and the entire resort needs a major refresh.

  This is a budget friendly hotel and that is what will be provided. Housekeeping has to be requested, that is not normal. When I asked a housekeeper if we could have a couple of new towels off her cart she directed me to the front desk. Thats....a choice. The front desk was helpful and seemed surprised. The room offered two televisions which was nice. The available channels were like going back 30 years basic cable with HBO, no ability to connect streaming apps. Its 2026, time to catch up with the times. The free breakfast was decent and offered several options. Unfortunately, we requested a late checkout from the front desk and were directed to discuss it with the head of housekeeping. This was odd enough, then when we spoke with the head of housekeeping she said the 1pm late checkout was not being offered that day. Seriously? 1pm is not a late checkout and to not make it available is comically bad. Budget options should not mean a step down on basics like tv, clean towel accessibility, housekeeping and an actual late checkout.
