  I like this hotel and have stayed in it several times. The location is super convenient for me. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The facility is quiet. The Continental breakfast has a variety of different choices. I will most likely stay here again.

  This hotel could be rated a five star hotel! The room was as good as a five star room. We did not have any food, so I cannot comment on that. The location was perfect. You can drive to just about anywhere in Phoenix in 25 minutes from this location. So pleased with this hotel. We did have a shared patio and I had asked for a room with our own coverd patio. I didn't argue about that, the peopke were too nice at check in. If we are ever in Phoenix/Scottsdale again we will definitely stay at the Aiden Best Western!

  My husband and I stayed for Arizona Bike Week with a large group of friends and had the best experience we possibly could have had!!! We definitely will be making this THE place to stay on any future trips!!! Everything was great, the staff was amazing and I CAN NOT even stop telling everyone how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I woke up refreshed and felt so refreshed every morning.... That being said, can I need to know what mattresses those were so I can feel that great daily!!! Again, excellent place to stay, I would give 20 out of 5 stars...

  My family and I stayed for only one night but everything was impeccable - the only caveat was the distance from the inner city, but that wasn't a major priority for us, it just would've been nice to walk and explore. However, the property was in close proximity to many restaurants, shops, fast food stops, and freeway on/off ramps. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern; we were all very impressed! Service was amazing as expected - hosts were kind and efficient. Will be staying here again if and when I find myself in Phoenix, AZ again!

  The hotel is in a great spot with easy access to all kinds of restaurants. Pros • Nice pool setup with cabanas and some rooms opening directly to the pool • Great lighting in the evenings that adds to the vibe • A decent bar to unwind • Continental breakfast that’s pretty good • AC works extremely well, keeping the rooms cool and comfortable • The best part is the staff — super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help . Decent gym Cons • Carpets could definitely use a deep clean • The room wasn’t impressive, and the bed felt average • The biggest downside: the bathroom has a barn-style door with no lock — not ideal at all, especially with kids
