Very expensive. Looks like they're offering 'discounts' to company expensed stays. Damaged but functional EV charging available, but $15/hour quoted fee (!!!!!). I found this out halfway through the checkin process (after discussing EV charging with them beforehand -no mention of fee then).
I cancelled my checkin when this was revealed to me. Seems pretty predatory to me.

Hotel is in disrepair but still the most expensive in town. $300 is not reasonable when the elevator is broken and building is generally just not maintained.
