    I had a suite over four nights and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I will be going back and the Prescottonian is highly recommended.

    It was ok till night we thought. We're having a hot water tank issue so we had to stay a couple nights there and location was ideal for work. 1st night guy next door kept pacing down walkway, talking on phone, late. 2nd night his dog started howling and woke us all up from sleep and I mean like 1a. I tried to dial front desk from room, but no dial tone. Thats the only time we needed the room phone so I was unaware of it not working. I walked to lobby and it was locked up with a sign hanging saying no vacancy and a number to call. Front desk agent wasn't at desk. I waited awhile and nothing, I walked back to room and called the number on sign by cell. It took 4 times calling for him to answer. Like wth, what happened to guest services, wasn't impressed. Breakfast areas is good size, what happened to just regular scrambled eggs? Sausage links, patties and waffles are the hot food options. I extended the 2nd night like at 630a and I was already checked out? Why? I only received a folio for 1 night, not the 2. Thought as a member, folios might automatically be emailed out, since the 1 night was. Dont forget you work in hospitality. Pros: pet friendly, housekeeping does well. Rooms were in okay shape.

    Front desk needs a severe attitude adjustment. I tried to check in around 11:30a and the 2 females at the desk were very aggressive and nasty about it. The older one got vitriolic and aggressive and treated me like I was stupid. My plane arrived at 10:45, so I figured I'd take an Uber straight to the hotel. Bad decision! She rudely and aggressively told me I have to wait until after 3p. The younger girl told me I could pay $50 to check in at noon. Confusing. Eventually around 1:30, the desk called me on my cell to tell me I could check in at 2 with no additional charge. I checked in at 2:15 to an extremely filthy room that smelled like stale cigarettes, had mold in the shower, human hair was on my bed sheets and in the bathroom sink, there was trash in my waste basket (paper and what looked to be a wrapper), and only one full sized towel. I immediately checked out (I just left with my things) and contacted booking.com for a refund. Idk if they put me in the wrong room or if this is typical of this hotel, but no thanks. I checked into the Hassayampa Inn with ABSOLUTELY ZERO issues or overcharges and a very clean room! This hotel is pathetic and poorly managed/maintained.

    It does not make any sense even if you did not stay at this hotel they still charge you and take money out of your credit card that is not right. The credit bureau should look into this hotel. I was scheduled to come in yesterday. I did not come in because it was too expensive so I got a notice on my bank account saying that I went in and got the room so they forged my signature on every paper Saying that I was there in the cameras you can see that I am not in that hotel room so this hotel room is going to be reviewed by my lawyer.
