- RRRamagliDec 10, 20251.0We spent a week at this hotel over Thanksgiving and encountered a few issues. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I requested a room change due to the poor bed quality, but was informed that all beds are the same. Other guests I spoke with shared similar experiences. If you prioritize relaxation or a comfortable sleeping experience, I would advise against staying here. The beds are in dire need of replacement. The breakfast was mediocre, with hot food served cold and a somewhat disorganized dining area. The staff in the dining area seemed unfriendly and inattentive. The syrup container had old, congealed syrup at the bottom, and the trash was overflowing. Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially considering the high standards we've experienced at other Hampton Inns. We felt that this hotel did not provide good value for the price.
