    We are working here but also had the pleasure to stay here. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is on point. As a worker and a client is very important to have a great night and be able to wake up and start production. Im very please with the entire staff and can't wait to be back.

    Had a king suite, which was a good size room with a mini kitchen area. Good dining close by and easy access to the main road for downtown Prescott. The bed we had was not the most comfortable…but we would stay there again.

    It’s nice hotel, a little bit old, but very decent in general. Area is good for running to, feel safe with several options! Breakfast is good.

    We spent a week at this hotel over Thanksgiving and encountered a few issues. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I requested a room change due to the poor bed quality, but was informed that all beds are the same. Other guests I spoke with shared similar experiences. If you prioritize relaxation or a comfortable sleeping experience, I would advise against staying here. The beds are in dire need of replacement. The breakfast was mediocre, with hot food served cold and a somewhat disorganized dining area. The staff in the dining area seemed unfriendly and inattentive. The syrup container had old, congealed syrup at the bottom, and the trash was overflowing. Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially considering the high standards we've experienced at other Hampton Inns. We felt that this hotel did not provide good value for the price.
