  The night shift front desk clerk Ridham needs more training in customer service. You shouldn't go back and forth with a customer but be more understanding and listen to the customer and come up with a solution. Also, he said breakfast is done by 10am and I got there at 9:50 which I had 10 minutes till 10 and the morning front desk clerk said sorry breakfast is over at 9:30. I said the guy from last night said at 10am she said we keep on telling him not to say that and he still does it. She also mentioned it also says it in the paper. I said what paper? She mentioned when you check in they suppose to give you. I said I never got that either.The room was clean except the bathtub. I found so many small hairs so not a good job of cleaning from the cleaning crew. Also, no handsoap,body wash wash empty and no creamers or sugar incase if you want to make coffee in your room.

  Best stay of our trip! We only spent one of our four nights at this location, but it stood out as the highlight. The king room was clean and offered plenty of space for our luggage, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but overall it was a good experience.

  THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO STAY IN PHOENIX!!! BEST WESTERN USED TO DO BETTER! COFFEE IS NOT AVAILABLE ALL DAY! The Continental breakfast ONLY has SUGAR, NO OTHER SWEETENERS!! Also there is NO JELLY for toast and biscuts. My room is very nice. It has a bed and a couch. But none of the electrical plugs worked and so my watch and phone did not charge. They use only CHEAPEST TOILET PAPER they can find.

  TLDR: Don’t let the price tag persuade you - staying here is NOT worth it. We checked in and were given two rooms keys that didn’t work. I walked back to the front desk and the employee commented that “oh yeah, this kind of key doesn’t work in that room”. Seriously? You don’t know which key to hand out? No hot water. No body wash. My lukewarm shower was not fun. I asked about it that night and was told to check back in the morning. When I remembered in the morning to ask for soap - I was told to come back half an hour later to pick it up! I was told so many different stories about the hot water and finally discovered it wouldn’t be fixed. We were exhausted and decided we’d just tough it out for the second night. When we returned the second night, our keys didn’t work - again. When I went to the front desk for a new one - they tried to give me the style of key from night 1 that I knew didn’t work. Clearly the staff are not well trained. I was told we’d be credited for the lack of hot water and my frustrations. I waited to post this until the credit card bill came through. No credit was given. The room was…..fine other than the lack of hot water. Old. Toilet kinda moved around. Breakfast was…..fine. No protein option at all. We didn’t use the pool. Seriously - just do not stay here. It’s not worth it!

  I checked and I've stayed at this hotel 26 times in three years. I will no longer stay here however. I started noticing a decline of the hotel last November. Now, it's worse. This visit I was in room 103. The room appears clean but there is no latch on the door, the TV remote doesn't have a battery door and there were a shortage of lamps. Almost like the room was picked clean to furnish another room. The ice machine down the sidewalk is completely taken apart. Parts are just laying around it. I couldn't access the WIFI and I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. This used to be a really great hotel, but next time I'll be staying someplace else.
