  It was exactly what we needed for a late Thursday night flight arrival. Clean room, comfortable bed. It did well for an airport motel.

  Decent, newly renovated motel by the airport. That's about it for the good things. About bad things - they do not service rooms every day (only every 3rd day, I think). They didn't tell me about this when I was checking in, and when I went to the reception to complain, I was told, in a very rude and arrogant manner, that this is the hotel policy. As in, take it or leave it. I asked for a set of fresh towels, was told, they would bring them to the room, and I never received them. I had to use a damp towel from the pile on the floor. So, basically, I don't care at this point, how newly renovated the rooms are. The rude personnel and the damp towel is all I remember.

  This is my first time here visiting Arizona. My first night here at this hotel and it's a power outage. No one came to explain what is going on or give any accommodation. I will never book here again. But they want to charge extra for everything. I traveled here for my graduation.

  Very very rude staff. Was treated with disrespect the moment we got onto the property. Highly recommend sleeping in your car or a ditch before here

  DO NOT BOOK IF YOU LIVE IN ARIZONA - apparently, this hotel does not accommodate locals. there isn't a single place throughout the entire reservation process that states this. THEY WILL FLAT OUT DENY YOU SERVICE IF YOU ARE AN ARIZONA RESIDENT. i am only being told this by support THE DAY OF MY BOOKING. they're cancelling my reservation for free, however now i will have to spend twice as much for a different room elsewhere due to it being last minute. dont waste your time and money.
