I don't know why there's bad reviews, this place has been one of my favorites to stay at, so much so that I will give special shout outs to Sayed and Herzel and a 3rd receptionist (I didnt get his name). All 3 were literally the nicest front desks, and very helpful.
I have stayed here 3 separate times, and all 3 rooms were consistently clean as can be. Quiet hotel with cameras in the halls for security, which I love as a solo business traveler.
The breakfast is yeah, $15...which I enjoyed every part of. The days of a free continental breakfast just aren't there anymore, and considering I have paid $9 for a can of water at the airport - I will take $15 for all you can eat, lol. The waitress was super nice.
Parking in the front is definitely scarce, unless you're a super diamond elite whatever member, but there is parking along the side of the hotel, its an extra 30 feet down.
I'll definitely be back whenever I return to Phoenix for work again.

Stopped in to check rates/availability late this afternoon, stepped to side hallway from front desk to check a few messages on my phone, and listened to front desk clerk be condescending to a woman/vendor just doing her job. Left and told my work crew we'll stay someplace else.

Stayed here for vacation—rooms were clean and overall the hotel itself was nice. The morning staff was friendly and helpful, but the night staff was not very accommodating.
The biggest issue during our stay was the breakfast. It’s $17 for a buffet-style breakfast (with up to 2 kids eating free), but the experience did not match the price at all. There were no clear instructions when we arrived, and before 9am there was no hot food available. My kids got milk and we waited about 20 minutes, but the only thing that came out was eggs. At that point, we left without actually eating breakfast.
Despite this, we were still charged simply because drinks were taken. The portions for drinks were very small, and you only get one. I tried disputing the charge, explaining that we didn’t receive a proper breakfast, but was told nothing could be done. Out of our 5-day stay, this was the only time we attempted breakfast—and it ended up being a frustrating and disappointing experience.
The bar experience was also not great. I ordered a mojito and was given a margarita. My husband also received the wrong drink. When I asked about the ingredients, the bartender mentioned sweet and sour mix and used tequila instead of rum, which is incorrect for a mojito.
On a positive note, the hotel was quiet. However, parking was very limited—if you’re driving, I recommend finding a spot and not moving your car, as it was very difficult to find parking again.
I don't normally write reviews unless I had a great experience and something positive to say, but the experience my family and I had at this hotel was horrible and unacceptable. We arrived to check in (with two children) after traveling all day and there was no one working that could physically check us in and provide us with a room, which was already reserved and paid for. No one was able to get a hold of the manager, who had left so we were sent over to a different hotel/inn which was absolutely disgusting of a facility. After numerous attempts to contact a manager, who seemed to always be unavailable to speak to me, no one has reached out to me or contacted me concerning the situation that occurred. We travel a lot, and I have NEVER had such an experience like this one. This was completely unacceptable!

I stayed with my disabled mom (we both are), had a great time .Rooms were clean, location was peaceful. Restaurant had a good menu, so we did not order out. Definitely will return. Front desk was always helpful, along with the shuttle driver, i did not grab his name but he had nice hair and the most relaxing van music. I overheard it while he was dropping off other passengers with the same joyfulness. He also helped us from our truck all the way to our rooms with our luggage! Awesome staff !
