- GCGabriella CordyApr 25, 20261.0Came from out of state to go to Mayo Clinic and they had canceled my reservation the day before I landed without any notice, which they admitted to. When I arrived at the hotel for check in and was informed then that I no longer had a booking. I asked for them to honor the original reservation and instead they offered me the room for $364 a night when I had originally booked it at a $224 rate 6 weeks earlier. When I spoke to the manager at check out he said they even gave special Mayo Clinic rates but when asked if I could receive this since I flew to AZ for Mayo; he said no. We will not be returning and I will not be staying at any Holiday Inn again.

I appreciated the room having lots of hooks as well to hang clothing or towels! Would stay here again, highly recommend!

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-kept, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff made check-in and check-out easy and quick, and they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really like the complimentary breakfast, which provided a fair variety of options. The location is perfect for exploring the area, even though there was occasionally some outside noise. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely go again in the future.
