    4.23.26 Approx Time 1700 Clerk Honorata I waited for roughly 10 mins before checked in, I called front desk first to no answer. Called again to no answer. My third call went to General Mgr and I can only assume Honorata heard my voice on the phone leaving a message for GM... she ran out from back office. Very unprofessional. This Holiday Inn Express has the word "Capitol" in its name, however, their American Flag has holes amd is thathered. Shameful. Side note: The room is nice.

    This hotel its good so far but the fact that they charge for use the washers and dryer and has to be Coins and nothing ELSE , and not willing to change my bills to coins or even install an automatic bill changer its insane and made me never come back , I travel to phoenix every week for work and to not be able to wash my dirty work clothes after a long day its just crazy , keep on that greedy!

    We had a great time staying at this location. We used the nearby parks for playing Frisbee and enjoyed walking by one of the iconic Carnegie libraries and a few historical locations nearby. The highlight was the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff including Jaqueline who went out of their way to make sure we could find everything and even pack up our leftovers for later. The hot tub and gym were great and I made use of the misc tables around the lobby for doing some work as well. The oranges they provided were exceptionally sweet too! The location is conveniently downtown and there does seem to be a homeless issue a short distance away though this isn't the hotel's issue and they do a good job make sure it doesn't disrupt the experience of the guests. Would stay again.
