PUBLIC NOTICE: I intended to check in at this property but left immediately after witnessing conduct that is not only unprofessional, but potentially unlawful under Arizona civil and consumer protection standards. After briefly walking next door to grab a coffee — while actively waiting for another guest to arrive before checking in — I returned to find that a hotel employee had applied an industrial-grade adhesive sticker directly onto the window of my vehicle. This was not a courtesy notice left under a wiper; it was a deliberately destructive, high-adhesion label known to damage automotive tint, especially on high-value vehicles like mine. Let me be absolutely clear: This type of action constitutes unauthorized tampering with personal property, commonly recognized as trespass to chattels, and may escalate to property damage if my tint — which is being inspected by my dealership — is found to be compromised in any way. If damage is confirmed, I will pursue all available civil remedies, including recovery of repair costs, filing of a formal demand letter, and reporting the incident to the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection agencies. A business may tow a vehicle parked unlawfully; what they may not do is affix damaging materials to a guest’s property, especially when that guest is in the process of checking in. This demonstrates not only gross negligence, but a stunning disregard for guest rights, liability exposure, and basic professionalism. Based on this experience, I refused to check in and will never return. If this is how they treat prospective guests, I cannot imagine how existing guests are handled. I strongly advise avoiding this property if you value your vehicle, your safety, or your peace of mind.

The hotel only has about 15 spaces in front of it. If you don’t make it there in time to get a space, you have to park in the garage across the street, upstairs with no signage as to where to find the ramp to go upstairs to the “hotel” parking lot. There are no steps that come down on the side of the hotel so you have to walk down to the middle of the garage to go downstairs and then walk across the street to the hotel. I’m not against walking, but when it’s late at night, and you are by yourself, you are not safe. Oh, and you have to pay for parking, but you don’t get to park at the hotel.
