  If you're looking for a bed in a room, this place has that. But If you're hoping for insulated walls, basic amenities, a door that keeps the bugs out, or staff with a spine this is NOT the place. We could hear every word of every conversation next door, missing a hair dryer and ironing board (asked and they didn't provide anything), massive amounts of sunlight around the door, and when we called the front desk to ask neighbors to be quiet at midnight - they did nothing. I would pay double to not come back

  This is the 3rd time in a year that we have stayed there. Each time there is a problem with the Hot tub or the pool. Why advertise if you can't use them!!!

  No HOT water! Barely handicap accessible. Walkways are a mess, rocks everywhere. The room card says that the breakfast period is from 6:30-10:00 AM, but caveats are on the map, which you have to ask for, adds that it is 6:30-9:00 AM.

  Really poor experience at this hotel. Lights didn’t turn on when I entered the room, and it just didn’t feel clean. The breakfast experience wasn’t good. No meat, few options, the person cleaning and refilling items wasn’t cleaning well and even left cleaning towels and dirty mop out in the middle of everything.

  The beds were terrible, they were very uncomfortable (and a good mattress is a must have), the bed was on rollers and kept moving,the blankets old, the fridge smelled terrible, the bathroom floor had pubic hair, the hanging bath towel a big black string curled up in the middle, the toilet clogged, the toilet was loose, the bathroom handle would stick, the TV would not tilt towards 2nd bed, the breakfast was awful and only had a few choice, each choice was less consuming, the yogurt tasted like cream cheese and regular yogurt, the waffle mix was frozen and taken away, the coffee was spurting out black stuff, in the light of day there was a drug baggie in rocks with white residue, broken glass beer bottles and trash. The only saving grace this entire stay was the young woman who was in the front lobby to check us in. She was very kind and helpful.
