The room was nice and I personally had an easy time getting in (dude in front of me was not having an easy time). Breakfast can not be considered breakfast, all they had was bagels, waffles and cereal.

Very nice, comfy and clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Nice pool. Close to restaurants. Room was well soundproofed, I could not hear the traffic outside. The beds were comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. The bath shower had lots of hot water, a nice adjustable showerhead, and there was complementary soap, shampoo and conditioner in a squeeze tube rack mounted inside the shower. The bath towels were huge and there were plenty of them. The room also had a large screen TV, coffee maker with coffee, cream, sugar, etc. A small microwave, a small hidden away fridge, an iron and ironing board and (surprise) eight wooden hangers (real wood) to hang your clothes and skirts on. It also had a desk area with a study lamp and power and USB outlets. A Self serve Complimentary Continental Breakfast is served in the lobby from 7 to 9 am. The coffee was hot and so good I went back for seconds. The fare was: coffee, tea, juice, water, yogurt, bagels, cereal (corn flakes, fruit loops), toast, muffins (chocolate, blueberry) and "DIY"Waffles. Ah, the waffles. You make your own waffles using pre-measured batter that you pour into a electronically timed hot griddle and in two minutes you have one or two, or three or four waffles depending on how much batter you use. It was a hoot! My only disappointment was that the wifi internet service in my room was so very, very, very slow it was useless. I went down to the lobby with my laptop to try to get some work done there and the wifi was only a bit better there. At breakfast I encountered another guest who told me that his wifi in his room was as slow as an AOL dial-up! I had the chance to speak with Mr. Felix Diaz, (Corporate manager) and Mr. Chris Bartholomew, (Senior manager) and they were very receptive to my one complaint and they told me that the corporate office was aware of this issue and had recently retained the services of an internet company to upgrade their wifi system. We stepped out for a couple of hours and when we got back we found our room all tidied up, beds made, new soap and fresh towels and all with a nice pleasant smell. The wifi was even working a bit faster which I suppose might be due to fewer other guests using it.

Took a deposit, said they wouldn’t have if I booked through the hotel itself. So pretty much if you use an app or website they’re gonna hold 50$ for a week. Find a different hotel plenty that don’t do this bullshit anymore.

1 star for taking a 50$ deposit. I’ve been on the road for over a week never had to give a deposit. 2025, who still takes deposit on a hotel room. Just hold the card? Ridiculous
