  Breakfast was a disaster! I was there for two nights and on both mornings I was told that all of the machines were broken. There was regular coffee that poured from the decaf dispenser and tasted thick and harsh. There was no yogurt in the dispenser, only splatters came out, no juices - the machine was broken, no butter, no sugar, but there were rubbery waffles and something resembling oats in the bottom of the warmer - it wasn't appealing. There were a few English muffins and a thick white bread. I go to Best Western Hotels for a comfortable stay and a quick breakfast before getting on the road, this hotel failed. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and the staff tried very hard to overcome the problems. Some local youth took over the pool, but they were kicked out. The pool pump had a horrific whine but I was on a different side of the building. There was no bath gel in the dispensers, and the shampoo and conditioners were almost empty. There was the tiniest bar of soap available. I hope Best Western looks into this and that it does not reflect the future quality of the brand. PS. The wifi only worked in the lobby.

  Room was dirty..exposed wires coming out the AC..went down to breakfast at 7:30 and there was nothing there..Tried to make waffle but waffle batter was empty..no sugar for coffee and they have the nerve to put a tip jar out lol..Spend your money at a different hotel..This place is trash

  No ground floor rooms available when we checked in - that’s fine - but front desk lady was notably abrupt. No instructions on breakfast or gym or other amenities. We can clearly hear the road from this room (noisy). Then we noted the Wi-Fi doesn’t work - so we tried to call the hotel - the phone in the room doesn’t work either. No elevators - had to climb with all the luggage and the kids.

  I had one of the worst hotel stays ever. When I went to take a shower, I pulled back the bathroom curtain and found a scorpion clinging to it. I nearly slipped trying to run out of the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they acted like it was normal. Overall, a terrible experience I never want to repeat.

  Breakfast is just waffles and sometimes orange juice. Coffee is very poor quality, if you want a bunch of sugar for breakfast this is the place! Pool is great rooms are decent, the host was very nice (Yvette) location is nice close to the freeway. Apparently opening up a bar so that's exciting..only upset about the breakfast because what they advertise on Google and my kids always look forward to it. We are repeating customer of BEST WESTERN.
