  Free shuttle service to and from airport 6AM to 10PM, and you can call them to pick you up from airport outside of the times. Everyone, including the cleaning ladies, are very friendly. People complaining about the rooms but they are clean and are great value for the price.

  The soundproofing is terrible. The second floor has serious vibration issues — the whole room shakes when people walk in the hallway or next door. The towels smelled like dirty socks. Even though the hotel looks new, I do NOT recommend it. And absolutely do not forget any belongings in your room. When I called the front desk to confirm a forgotten item, they kept delaying and never gave a clear response, then later claimed it was not found. Housekeeping stole the item left behind by a guest.

  Where do I even start? Check-in was weird; the front desk staff acted like it was an inconvenience to check us in. Breakfast was horrible. We were here for six days, and the coffee machine was broken the whole time. All the bread and pastry items were either stale or hard. There was barely any variety. The rooms look fine at first glance, but don't expect your bathroom door to actually close or for the shower doors to stay closed while you shower. Also, bring your own pillows because all they have are tiny couch pillows that go flat the second you use them. The front desk never has any towels, and good luck trying to track somebody down who does. Our key card stopped working three separate times, and that was an overall pain to deal with. The room next to us would not stop smoking weed, and every time we called the front desk about it, they would say they would deal with it, but they never did. I recommend finding a different place to stay; it would be less of a headache.

  It's a motel, not a hotel which caught me off guard. Motel is very well maintained, even though you can tell it's very old. Free shuttle to the airport was full at 6am and showed up on time and did a good job driving.

  Incredibly clean hotel. Convenient shuttle available to and from the airport at no cost. Walkable area with access to several places to eat. Also a 2-3min walk away from Family Dollar. Continental breakfast had a variety of items from oatmeal, to yogurt, to muffins, to cereal and fruit. Staff was also very welcoming. This place will be my go-to for future trips to Phoenix
