  OK for airport Hotel but in industrial area. Breakfast finished so missed it after late check in. Curtesy bus ran 24/7 and picked me up at 3 30am when checking in.

  It's close to the airport but I'm not sure how safe it is. I don't like the fact that they scan your driver's license. They keep it and they don't give it back. This way they have your information for everybody to see.

  Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable - all I really care about! Room was spacious. A perfect stay for right by the airport. Breakfast was very basic but enough.

  The room was clean and was decorated quite nicely. The bed was very comfy and breakfast was good. My flight was delayed several hours and I was expecting there to be a problem since I was so late. My fears were completely baseless. The young lady working the desk was very nice and efficient. When I called from the airport to ask about the shuttle, she was very helpful and gave me detailed directions so that I could catch the shuttle as soon as possible. Getting checked in was a breeze even though there were several people waiting to check in. If I'm ever in Phoenix again I'm definitely staying here.

  We arrived on a Saturday and requested room service on Tuesday. We were informed that service could only be provided every three days; however, our room was not officially cleaned or serviced until Thursday. Additionally, when we requested fresh bed sheets at approximately 3:00 PM, we were told that sheets were only available between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Furthermore, services and requests were only available during certain time frames that were not disclosed to us in advance.
