This was an interesting and frustrating stay for me. Just staying for a few days while I'm in the middle of a move and waiting for my new place to be ready.
The good: Front desk was pleasant to work with. They were indeed friendly throughout the stay and tried to help with my issues. My suite had a kitchen which was a nice to have for the 4 day stay. The bed was comfortable enough and I slept ok on my first night.
The bad: The rooms are just ok and the furnishings appear to be a little dated. The tvs are from 2015 and have no apps to use. The living room AC had a display issue so I couldn't tell what temperature was set.
Perhaps I got a bit unlucky with my upstairs neighbor(s). I could hear every footstep they made all night long. And boy did they have a real heavy foot and really needed to get their steps in. Items in my room would vibrate and rattle when they walked. On my second night, I woke up at 12ish AM to the sound of them stomping around. This went on until about ~2:30-3AM. There were no other available rooms so I was stuck and couldn't get to sleep until after they settled down. I called the front desk and the only thing they could do was let the guests know. Didn't really change much.
On the 3rd night, on 4 hours of sleep, I had another wake up call at 12am to the stomping. It was consistent for over an hour, I'm just so confused on how much walking one can do in this modest sized room for this many hours. Are the ceilings just this thin? I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but I'm struggling here. On this night the front desk sent security up. Took a little time but I was finally able to sleep.
I'm on my last night here. And as I'm typing up this review, they're at it again. I'm actually contemplating checking out early and staying on my sister's couch.
The manager was nice enough to comp my first bad night. Though I believe my last 2 nights should be reimbursed as well. This whole stay added so much stress and sleeplessness to an already stressful moving situation.

We cannot thank EDWARD the front desk clerk enough for finding us a room in our time of need. The hotel was sold out, however he checked for a cancellation, found just one and booked it immediately for us. We are grateful for his kindness and his dedication to great customer service. He is a genuine asset to this hotel and to the Hilton brand.

Absolutely loved our stay! The cleanest hotel I have stayed in a long time. And I am saying this as an Airbnb owner. The pool was wonderful and heated with great hot tub. The suits were wonderful for cooking(see meals we prepared). My only wish was that they had gluten free options for breakfast. Unfortunately pretty much everything was out of bounds to me as a celiac.
