Just checked out of this hotel and we had a great stay. They recently had some challenges that required a small reno but it looks great now. Breakfast waffles were amazing and everyone was super nice. My room is a little dated but very spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely go back.

I stayed at this hotel from December 3rd–7th with my family while attending the MLS Next tournament, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
From the moment we walked into our room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The counters and cabinets were visibly dirty and appeared splattered with some kind of substance. Several elevators were out of order, which forced us to stay on the first floor, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay.
The most unacceptable part of this experience—and the reason we had to leave early—was that my brother and father both woke up with clusters of bumps on their backs, shoulders, chests, and necks. These were clearly bed bug bites. This is completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
I immediately informed the hotel staff and management of the situation and made it very clear how unhappy I was. Since then, I have been given the runaround for over a week, repeatedly told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. I spoke to multiple staff members, yet not a single manager followed up with me.
This stay was extremely expensive, and the fact that I have received no call back, no accountability, and no refund after such a horrible experience is infuriating. Poor cleanliness, broken amenities, bed bugs, and a complete lack of customer service make this hotel a place I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the money and stress—stay somewhere else.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites Phoenix Biltmore from Nov 5-17th. After sending two emails to the hotel to address our concerns that weren't even acknowleged with a response, I am posting this review to warn others to stay away from this disgusting hotel. I have to share how appalled we were at the state of the hotel. Our room had a very musty smell when we arrived, smelled like dirty musty carpet. The couch was filthy, the dishes coming out of the dishwasher still looked dirty, dirty handprints on the doors, dirty floor where the closet door should have been, the baseboard tile ledges in the bathroom were filthy with layers of dust, went to pull out the sofa bed and once removing couch cushions finding dirt on the bed. Constantly having to go to the front desk (the staff at the front desk was great) for dishwasher soap, paper towel, shower towels, It was terrible. The only decent part of the hotel seemed to be the lobby where we would try and gather to get out of the heat and smell of our room. Our last 5 days of the trip our rooms air conditioner was working intermittently, when it would break down we would have to go to the front desk, and they would send maintenance to repair it, it would work for a few hours and the same cycle went on where it would fluctuate between 73-79 degrees. The last two days it wasn't working at all and it was 78/79 degrees in the room and getting up to 80 the night before we left. On Sunday the 16th, after another trip to the front desk, we were offered a different room to sleep in that night as one had become available. That evening when we went to see the new room we were taken aback by the awful chemical smell of the room. We opened a window and went back and hour later to see if it had dissipated and it had not. I'm talking instant headache and make your eyes water smell. We went to the front desk to address our concern we were given another room on the second floor. After all this, we just ended up sleeping in our hot room as we did not want to have to move stuff to get ready on another floor. In speaking with a team mate, sounds like the other room we were given on the first floor had been theirs...that had a cockroach problem..that was sprayed for that day and that's why they had moved out of it. To say we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay is an understatement.
