  DO.NOT.BOOK!! I chose this hotel via Hilton app because I always stay with Hilton because you just expect better quality with any hotel behind the Hilton name. OR SO I THOUGHT. No blankets, no towels. DIRTY DIRTY . Close to filthy. I am not “boujee” by any means but have never stayed in a place this dirty. The hotel is RUN DOWN. Pet friendly with mysterious crunchy spots on the carpets in your room. If you have little kids like I do and they might play on the floor really choose something else. As I mentioned , no blankets so.. my husband leaves the hotel at 1am to get blankets from walgreens for $24.99 each because that’s all that was available. Spoke with Brandy the General manager and she said “at this point it’s your word against ours unfortunately” . Which doesn’t make sense because I complained about these issues in real time as they were occurring. Also why would I want to change rooms as if there were different housekeeper for rooms on the same floor ? One room is filthy like that it’s all just dirty. She had no sympathy no apology or respect just a monotone attitude towards the entire thing and continued to insinuate that I was lying. Moves on to refund me partially (one night) for my stay after telling me ”you realize you booked a non refundable option so I’m not required to do anything for you.” I don’t understand why the extra commentary was necessary? it wasn’t! Go somewhere else and don’t put yourself in the position to have to deal with extremely rude and unprofessional Brandy. p.s. Jovie is an amazing employee. Separate from this issue she is just simply a delight.

  This place is gross. Don't know where all of the positive reviews are coming from but the place is terribly dated and filthy. The rooms look straight out of the 1980's with some new carpet. Fluorescent lighting, popcorn ceilings, and cracked wood flooring in the kitchen. I seriously think even the mattress was from the 1980's. it was very flat and was a typical box spring. I couldn't believe it. Shower was a straight tub like out of someone's apartment. Not the typical hotel shower/bathroom. Most people have said they've seen cockroaches, I didn't see any but I expected to see some based on the condition. The room wasn't even made up each day. I came back and the bed wasn't made. Only the towels replaced and trash not even taken out. Dishwasher had some random dishes in it and it was pretty grimy to be honest. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. It's very convenient to the adjacent grocery stores, In-N-Out, restaurants, and other stores. In fact, they're in walking distance. This place is also 20 minutes or so from the airport. Other than that this place needs to be completely overhauled. it's like stepping into a filthy time machine and was a bit unsettling. I think next time I'll stay in the other hotel down the road.

  COCKROACHES!!! I have stayed here many times in the past and, while a little outdated, never had any major issues and the rooms were comfortable. During this stay I have seen multiple cockroaches in the hallways. One morning there was one right outside my room so I went to the front desk to get some help and was met with “I don’t like cockroaches… I can’t help you” !!!! What?! Does anyone like cockroaches?! (Pictures of the dead cockroaches in the hallways) Very disappointed and will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. I hope they call an exterminator…

  Great place but rooms need a refresh.. Ample parking, clean hotel, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Update the rooms a little and this would be a 50 star Hilton property.

  Roaches, sink that wouldn’t drain, another sink that had leaked underneath, dirty dishes left in a rusty dishwasher, black crust around the toilet, old french fries by the couch and dirty sheets that caused an allergic flare up and paper thin walls that let in all the noise from hallway and outside. First time I’ve ever had to flee a hotel in the middle of the night. Check the other bad reviews, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
