  We stay here whenever we have travel soccer games in northern Phoenix. This hotel is immaculate, the rooms are big the service is next level and it's close to everything you'd need!

  Living in Home 2 hotel is the longest and worst experience in my whole business travel life. Even I already live 100+ nights at this hotel in Y2025. The hotel suddenly change the policy and can’t not support customer storage luggage without any notice and inform customers. The general manager is the worst service manager I have ever met, rude, unreasonable, bully and humiliate customers in front of people and not willing to solve the problem. Even worse is she throw my luggages out of hotel when I driving my car. So, I canceled my next 5 weeks booking, and move to other hotel. I feel so sad and disappointed.

  Checking in was a breeze especially after a long roadtrip. The front desk agent Josh was so kind and helpful really made our stay 1000 times better.

  We checked in on Tuesday night the 26th and woke up to have breakfast the next morning and the sweetest older man was there keeping everything nice and tidy and stocked...the next 2 days were not so pleasant. The lady working the breakfast never came out to clean up or stock anything either day. It was very disappointing that the sign says they stay open until 10 on weekends and holidays and Thanksgiving my husband went to run came back and couldn't eat since they closed it at 9. I had to ask the desk lady both mornings of the 28th and 27th to have them replenish the coffee. Guest were opening up the cabinets to get more creamer and taking care of refilling the counter themselves. Again not once did the lady come out ( same lady pretty sure both day) except right at 9 to close the curtain and as a guest was trying to grab something she is pulling the curtain while looking at her watch. Aside from the breakfast situation the rooms were clean and the beds are always so comfortable at hilton hotels. We love that they have rooms that can hold large families and that they offer breakfast so when on the road with kids it makes it easier. Again another shout out the the older gentleman on the 26th! He was great I wish I had his name.
