I was waiting for a refund and did not get one. The email they gave me said late cancellation, but the front desk confirmed it was not late. I asked for points as confirmation, they said no. I have been a diamond member of about 7 or 8 years and this is how they treat you. Never stay at this hotel that scams its premier member!
