  I booked the hotel largely for the shuttle - I wouldn't have paid for a hilton hotel near the aiport that advertises a shuttle if they had clearly advertised that the shuttle doesn't even open until after flights are already leaving the airport in the mornings. The shuttle doesn't start until 6am, so flights before 8am aren't possible via the hotel shuttle. The staff told me it was clearly advertised - which isn't true (see screenshot from their mobile webage attached). The mobile webpage does not mention this at all! Only if you are using a laptop and the full webpage will you see they start the shuttle at 6am. It's not an airport hotel with a shuttle. It's mostly a hotel near the airport but not fully serving the airport. Most people stay the night a hotel like this because they have an early flight, that is why they are staying next to the hotel for the night. Why pay full price for a full service Hilton hotel that isn't full service?

  The room had gnats coming out of the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. I decided to move hotels. I checked out earlier than I wanted originally and luckily asked for a physical copy when leaving. I kept checking my Hilton App and I was still checked in. I called the front desk later in the day when I checked out. They said I didnt show I was checked in. Two days later I still see im checked in on the Hilton App. I call the hotel and they finally checked me out and billed me two extra days. I called Hilton and was told the Hotel I stayed at is blaming me. Saying I never let anyone know I checked out! If I didnt have the print out of the morning I checked out I would be out hundreds of dollars. Location is nice but the people there aren't up to standards.

  Wonderful hotel. New, clean and conveniently located to places of interest. Highly recommended. Only complaint is that you must request daily room services.

  Very nice, helpful desk clerk. Room was very clean. Stayed on the 4th floor, odd numbered room, it was quiet. Quick hot water, not overly soft, plenty of pressure. Room cooled down quickly.

  First off Sade is wonderful. She is really awesome and great to be around. Her personality and customer service skills are impeccable. Also knows her way around the city. She gave us some amazing food recommendations. Great stay and highly recommended to all who come visit Phoenix.
