Good distance from the airport, the AC did a good job of putting me in a deep freeze during the night, the mini kitchen was perfect for my needs (mainly the silverware because I grabbed dinner from a grocery store to save money - cause I'm cheap). And the complimentary hot breakfast was quite yummy. Didnt check out the gym yet so as of now I have zero criticisms.

I’d give it 6 stars. It appears to be a relatively new property. They engineered the rooms to keep them dark and quiet. Not like some places where there are so many little indicator lights on that it like a disco. The stripping on the bottom of the door keeps out all of the hallway light. Could go on and on. The staff in the evening and the morning were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nicely stocked. Love the make your own waffles. Really good value and really great overnight stay.

I want to tell the lady from the kitchen how polite and considerate she was of my dogs. She was cleaning as we were walking by and said hello to not only myself but to my dogs as well. Most people shy away. She was extremely kind and warm towards myself and my dogs. Beyond courtesy when asking about my dogs. She was also a wealth of information as I am a new pit bread momma. I travel frequently to Phoenix and have stayed many places. This North location will be my primary hotel every month. Thank you Home2 Suites North... your stay was amazing but your kitchen staff, they go above and beyond... not only for the food they serve but the kindness of the kitchen staff, Ms. Stephanie is what I think I hears the front desk call her... she made our trip so much more memorable because I know I can bring my bogs with no judgment only love. Thank you, Ms. Stephanie, if that is your name, if not, I apologize. Thank you regardless for your kindness.

Don't let the reviews fool you! We had several issues here at this particular location and as Diamond members we stay in Hilton hotels several times a month...this was one of the worst stays. First we noticed the carpets were badly stained..room seemed clean other than that.
Secondly the garbage disposal didn't work and sink water wouldn't drain after I cleaned a couple of dishes. Also the dish detergent had water added to it. Third issue is that there were 0 washcloths in the bathroom! We did address these issues with the front desk and regards to the garbage disposal was just an "oh" and the attendant did give us some washcloths..Last issue was the laundry center..the washer did not go into spin cycle and my husband had to do double drying which obviously cost double..front desk was out of quarters but they did give him some free detergent..This was not an enjoyable stay and this location will go on out "Do not stay lost". Very disappointed.😕

The staff members at check in and check out were very nice and courteous. However, when taking my dogs out for their morning walk, one employee wearing black, pink, and glasses, was incredibly rude and inappropriate. I was walking back through the lobby during breakfast service and I tried to walk quickly so as to not disturb anyone eating. One staff member made it a point to stop me and comment on my dogs. She asked if my dogs were rescues. To which she then replied that they were both skinny. I said no they weren’t and I did not ask for her opinions. She replied “well I’m giving it to you.” This, in the middle of the lobby, in front of people eating breakfast. Completely rude and inappropriate. I did not realize at first it was a staff member but then later saw her bringing dishes out for breakfast. Because of her I will never stay here again.
