Only problem I had was with the shuttle driver name Cedric or something. First of all, we had to wait 20 minutes for him to show up (was told 7-10 minutes). Driver showed up with an attitude, looked at us and started saying how we have more people in our party than he was told. I specifically informed the hotel that there were 3 people that needed to be picked up. If you have an issue with number of guest that shows up, you deal with your staff who informed you wrong not the customer. Then this dude starts with racists comments against us and refuse to open trunk. We had 3 carry on luggages. At this point we just did not want to deal with this so decided to carry it inside of the car. Clearly struggling and he just stares at us with his arms crossed. Next stop, white male gets picked up. Of course he gets off from car, open the trunk and help him load his luggage to the trunk. As a big corporate chain hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable.
