The Conference and Catering Manager, Joe, and his team were outstanding — very organized, professional, and attentive. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the food and conference rooms to every other service provided. Most of our requests were handled promptly, and the team’s agility and coordination made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for group events and conferences. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations!
- SLShane LandryOct 18, 20251.0Stayed the night of October 12, 2025. Checked in and everything was going well. Went to eat and came back to find the parking lot completely full. Cars parked illegally on the side of the driveway, in red fire lanes and non handicapped tagged cars in handicapped spaces. The hotel had rented out their space for a party. When I asked the hotel staff where I, a paying customer already checked in, could park, the hotel desk staff told me to literally "park in a red fire zone, no one is going to call you in for a ticket" and to "stay up until after the party is over and try to get a regular parking spot when they leave". When I pointed out that I was a disabled veteran with a disabled license plate and tag and there were non tagged vehicles in the handicapped spots I was greeted with no answer. I have never stayed at a hotel so eager to ignore ADA laws and put the lives of their customers at risk of emergency vehicles not being able to access the property to make money off of a party. I contacted IHG with the issue and was told they would get back to me the next day. They have not done so yet. I would NEVER stay there again or recommend that property to anyone, especially family.
