Hotel is nice, and the location is very convenient to Reach 11 soccer fields and Desert Ridge Marketplace. Unfortunately this past weekend my family had a very disappointing experience. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, for my two daughters and myself. Upon arrival I was told I had booked a room with 1 bed, however, after showing my confirmation email that showed I had booked a room with 2 queen beds I was told they were fully booked. I was told they would see what they could do, and I took my kids to Desert Ridge and killed a couple hours. Upon return a new person was working the desk and I was told again they were fully booked and they couldn't change me to a room with 2 beds. Meanwhile another family on the team arrived, who booked at my suggestion and after I had booked, was given a room with 2 beds. After almost an hour they were able to arrange a rollout "bed" which was the most uncomfortable pile of coils I've ever laid on. Needless to say, I didn't sleep on it, nor did I get any real sleep on the floor. I'm not a big fan of leaving negative reviews, but I will say that Erin who "helped" was not helpful at all, and I appreciate it wasn't her fault as she didn't book my reservation, but I am incredibly disappointed in the entire experience. Not only did I book a room, but I recommended others to do the same......I won't be returning, and definitely feel a visit to the chiropractor in the future.
- ECEric ColeDec 4, 20255.0Erin at the front desk delivers a level of service you simply do not see anymore. We are in town for Mayo Clinic testing for my daughter. She arrived before my wife and me and was sitting in her car crying. Erin saw her on the cameras, recognized the situation because we spoke in the phone a couple of times earlier, and immediately went outside to check on her. She tapped on the window, gave her a hug, handed her a room key, checked her in early, and personally walked her to the room. When we returned from a full day at Mayo today, Erin greeted us again with the same compassion. She gave my daughter another hug, a beautiful "thinking of you card" , and told us she had prayed for her late into the night. Every now and then you meet someone who steps into your life for a moment and leaves a lasting mark. Erin did that for all three of us. The best part is that my daughter’s tests came back negative. We are relieved and extremely grateful, and Erin’s kindness made a difficult trip feel a little lighter. We will 100% be back to this hotel. The rooms are clean and updated, the noise level is low, great location and if you get Erin at the front desk - she's special.
