I was asked twice by the Sales Manager to provide my credit card and a copy of my driver’s license by email. Both times, I received written confirmation that the information had been “added to my booking.” When I arrived at 10:00 pm, I was told there was no reservation under my name and that it had been cancelled earlier that day. I showed two confirmation emails, both referencing the same reservation number. Management later stated the booking was under my 15-year-old son’s name and was cancelled for lack of a credit card, despite confirming mine had been attached. I was unable to get a room that night and was told to find another hotel. There was no apology and no acknowledgment of error. If you are booking as part of a group, go somewhere else. It is not worth the stress. There is no accountability or customer service. They do not value your business.
