Great stay. Lauren at the front desk helped me find a box to ship some things back to family and she really came in clutch. Easy access to elite bars and elite people. Stay blessed

Terrible location. You can walk to downtown but though paths littered with needles, homeless people sleeping on sidewalks and a general feeling of unease

Fantastic place. They've just updated the staff and grounds, was here for a week for a conference and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was delicious and the most friendly staff I've ever seen.

This was my second time staying at this hotel in downtown Phoenix. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. They have an awesome breakfast every morning. I would recommend this hotel. However be aware that during the day the homeless do come out and hangout at the park across the street. They don't bother the guess so far.

The room was clean, breakfast was your typically hotel breakfast. The staff was very nice. The walls were thin, and we could hear the people in the next room and out in the hallway. It didn't bother me, but that may bother someone else.
The first morning I showered at 7am and it was chilly, the 2nd morning I showered at 6am and it was warmer.
I don't know about the area, my husband and I parked and as we were sitting in our car, looking at our phones after a long work day, 3 cops chased down and tackled a guy 5 feet away from us and tasered him..... so that was... fun. We went into our room after that.
