Be careful with this place. For me, the biggest problem wasn’t that the hotel is next to a homeless shelter, it was that the receptionist assured us we would get our deposit back after we checked out, which turned out to be untrue. It has now been 10 days since we checked out, and despite sending two emails, I have received no response. I even have paperwork showing that I do not owe them anything, yet they still chose to charge me $110.80.

Ehh... Good room and desk staff.
Bad location, pool and spa are ehh...
Breakfast lady is rude and unpleasant. She keeps yelling at everyone saying she is bringing out food and never brings anything out. She literally took 15 minutes to bring bread out and never brought any of the hot food. Very terrible morning service at this Hotel. For the price I would recommend going to one of the better 5star hotels nearby.
