Even though she was quite busy and managing the front desk on her own, she took the time to help me with my multiple, “high needs” requests and did so with kindness and grace. Her customer service was exemplary and it made me feel welcome. She’s a gem.

First I got there and the toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush. I’ve asked everyday for full service and fresh bedding as there was and is hair in the bed (that does not belong to me), I’ve asked for the room to be cleaned and nothing was cleaned. Just fresh towels in which I wonder if those are even thoroughly clean. The location is decent however I do not suggest guest walk around outside of the hotel. I paid too much money to not get a simple full service at least once and a working clean toilet. The nightly cost is not worth it and I do not recommend others staying here.

It took another 40 minutes to get a room. Then the keys didn’t work, twice. The final disappointment, denied late checkout. You better like trains and water rushing down inside your wall too. One wonders how non-elite members are treated. Oh yes, the breakfast staff are awesome.
