As expected with Holiday Inn. Only thing is they said pool was heated to 80 and was definitely not warm but hot tub was. Staff really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Schyler was soooo professional, quick, and beyond helpful during a stressful time due to my flight San Diego flight delay. Once I finally do come back to Phoenix I will definitely be staying here thanks to his service in which he went above and Beyond! Thanks Schuyler (love the name btw!)
