The only small complaint/suggestion I have is that the music playing by the elevators throughout the day can be heard from the rooms by the elevator and should be lowered in case people are napping in the day and are light sleepers. The music is off in the night and the hotel did move me in a different room when requested, so I didn’t have much issues about the noise after that.
