DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE STATING HERE.
I am going to be as gentle as possible. I’ll let my photos say the rest.
My org had a large 2-day training here. ALL of the staff are amazing! That is the one redeeming thing about this property. The online photos are beautiful but deceiving. For the nightly rate, I was expecting 5 star accommodations. Not the case. Cleanliness, comfort, food and updated rooms are all lacking.
This seems to bee a common theme with older Hilton properties. My stay here reminded me why I switched to Marriott. Thanks for the reminder.
The one star rating is only because the staff were amazing.

We expected much better from a Hilton. Parking for our room was ridiculous. The hotel property is very hilly and the property is spread out. Parking in front of your unit was rarely possible resulting in walking our luggage and other items up hill. Our door had a large gap on the bottom which allowed bugs to crawl in. Our tub was plugged. The furnishings need a serious update and some were broken. The main pool is nice for the kids. Pickle ball and tennis courts are well maintained. Our bar fridge was missing shelves and the area where you put drinks was broken. House keeping staff seemed disinterested. This hotel was probably really nice when new. It needs some serious TLC. For a Hilton, it doesn't meet the standard.

This hotel is proof that of staff can make all the difference in an experience. The actual rooms are fine; spacious, which is great for families, but a bit dated if you’re looking for that luxurious resort experience. I’m not really that bougie so I don’t mind; everything was clean and well kept. But what made the difference was the staff:
Jewel at the pool bar is an absolute GEM. I imagine she deals with exhausted, impatient families on a regular basis, but you would never know because her demeanor is so friendly and upbeat.
I also have to give a shoutout to Mark, one of the pool servers, who noticed I had knocked over my completely full drink and went out of the way to make sure I could have another. I felt so embarrassed at first but he assured me me it would be taken care of
Finally, and this is specific to the Pointe En Thyme restaurant on the property, but Taylor made one of the best Negronis I’ve had in a LONG time.
In all, that makes it worth the trip for me.

The location is beautiful and secluded yet close to some nearby places to eat. Traffic is heavy in the morning toward Pheonix. The resort has pretty much everything you need to not have to ever leave. There are 6 pools and hot tubs to choose from that offer something for anyone.
Laundry is free except soap. Gift shop has practically anything you might need or left behind. Staff is great and really friendly.
If you are staying in the upper units, it can be a hike to the lobby or any of the restaurants, so be prepared for exercise or driving.
I was here on business for 10 days and loved it minus the commute. I will be back with my family. Recommend staying here for business, pleasure, or family vacation.

The stay was great I would book here again. The room was clean and spacious. The property was clean and staff were friendly. There was no elevator in our building so it was a little frustrating carry all our bags up all the steps lol. We also never found the ice machine, there could be better signs for that. The pools were the best part of the stay, they were clean and the waterfall pool had poolside service. I know its Arizona and its hot but I do wish they put heavier blankets on the bed, and maybe I could have called to ask for one im not sure but they provided us with basically 2 sheets to cover up with. But those are meniscal complains, I really liked the place.
