Rooms are dated and grunge. The elevator stopped working, so we had to scoop up all of our things and move to the 1st floor, as I wasn't about to trudge 4 flights of stairs. Food at the Hole in the Wall restaurant is less than sub-par, tasteless and low quality. Pool area had broken concrete and tripping hazards. The pool area bar is closed, and very much in disrepair. The lazy river area seemed ok, and clean. Staff is friendly, despite the state of the buildings.

I would not recommend this resort, and for several reasons. The good and bad are broken out in the rooms, activities, and food/dining options.
They are remodeling the property, and it was very hard to find dining options on the property. The front desk told me of only the restaurant on property and it was at at the back of the property and did not have long hours. The pool area in the back (lazy river) looked nice but had shortened hours for a resort. The app says there are two dining options, so that is misleading.
I did have to change rooms during the stay due to an issue with the AC, and the hotel was accommodating in switching rooms. The new room was nice.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
My husband and I booked this hotel SOLELY due to the close proximity to the restaurant that we had our wedding which was at Aunt Chilidas right down the street. I really wish I had done some research because even though we literally only stayed for ONE night it was still shitty!
The bed was very uncomfortable so were the flat pillows , there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom and even though we turned the AC down somehow I was hot & cold at the same time.
The hotel is old and it shows it , very outdated & unkept which I was honestly surprised for a hilton. They have construction going on which just makes it look even worst, I truly feel sorry if anyone stays here for longer than one night because its 100% not worth it.
My husband and I decided to pay for a friends room and for some reason that room was billed a $35 “resort” fee but my husband and I didn’t get that fee and they also stayed for just the one night.
Wish I could give this 0 stars

I stayed in this location with my family for 3 days from December 20 until December 23 2025 .
A horrible, outdated , old property, None of those pictures you see on their website matching or corespondent to the actual Hotel we stayed and claimed as 4 stars hotel . The place is filthy, raggedy, flooring and carpeting are from the 80’s . The lobby of the hotel looks like a homeless shelter,a tiny desk and couple of small furniture with a printer on top . Inside the lobby you have a flea market style of a vendor offering coffee water and soda.
This hotel is advertised as 4 star. It doesn’t worth even 1 star. There’s a huge construction in the back of the building and behind that a swimming pool with lazy river that’s also very outdated. The only and only good thing was the breakfast . They turned the gift shop to a temporarily breakfast corner, because of construction. the breakfast corner was a very outdated building with old tables and chairs from 70’s. Actually I was the only person there eating breakfast. They should close down this property immediately and reopen it once it’s ready with fresh new look, new furniture, bed , mattress , flooring, carpet, Entertainment system, an updated lobby. This location is stuck in 70’s . For 3 nights they charged me 1k for a homeless shelter style of accommodation. Very , very disappointed and I will never go back.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DON’T RUIN YOU VACATION. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS BUT NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE IT. THIS IS A ZERO STAR HOTEL.

This is a great example of false advertising. In 5 years if the remodeling is finished and they take better care of it than has been done the last decade it might be nice. As is you are way overpaying for amenities they dont have and a dilapidated hotel. Overpriced is an understatement. I'm sure you could stay at motel 6 and get a nicer place for way less than half the price. The only plus was Antonio at the "water park" bar. If you want to call it a water park. They didn't even have the slide on. The rooms are old and not clean. I didn't sleep because it was hot with the a/c as low as it would go. Charge guests what it's worth not what it could be some day. We asked for quietest area in remodeled part of the hotel. Wanted advice seeing all the rooms available on my hilton ap. The man lied and told us the only thing open was this one room. I guess what color your skin is may affect availability. I would recommend you pass this one. If this is an example of Hilton's Grand Vacation Time Share I would caution you on that too. The pictures speak for themselves.
