terrible experience. The Hotel is undergoing a renovation and at no point in the reservation process, they advertised it. As a
result, no room service is provided during this time, which is essential to me when traveling with athletes who have early games! the heater in my room wasn’t working and they didn’t bother to switch room. Dirty, outdated and unfriendly!!! why does it say this is a 4 star!!! On top of it all… have a look at the picture of the vent above my bed! absolutely unacceptable!

I should've read all the latest reviews prior but got a great deal on Hotels.com since many hotels were sold out for Billie Eilish concert so in that aspect just very glad didn't pay full price for this hotel.
Like many reviewers mentioned, a large part of the hotel is under renovation and the pictures on Hilton website are very outdated - just like the hotel is outdated. No way should this place be charging resort fees. Due to issues we had, I did get the fees waived.
The bad
- Keypad that took several swipes to get door to open
- A bathroom ceiling light that would occasionally leak water out of the blue for a few minutes leaving bathroom floor wet (yes water came from the light)
- Visibly stained couch cushions
- We didn't go but the water park it is an extra $25 per person which didn't see that listed on the Hilton site (I was not impressed of it's size walking by it)
- Door hinge that looked barely screwed on
- Suspect carpet that looked like it needed a deep clean
- Housekeeping that would not return later if you have the Do Not Disturb sign up when they come by (believe would have to call them to request room be made)
- A request for a late check-out is a fee starting at $20 for noon going up each additional hour after that.
- I didn't go into the pool, it was raining, but the bar sitting area for pool was closed and section for seating looked like there was algae in that area
The partially good
- Close to 51 freeway and about 20 min drive from Downtown
- Two exits up the 51 freeway from a several eateries including In-N-Out and a Trader Joes
- Suite so the living room and bedrooms each have doors that can be closed to separate the two rooms
- Large TV in living room
- The gym, although outdate equipment, was decent albeit a short walk from the lobby that is open - have to walk by all the construction and closed South Lobby
- My experience with the concierge was good - they were understanding and nice especially the lady working the graveyard shift.
It was ok for the short trip since we were not in hotel often and the price I got compared to other hotels was low but would not stay here again whenever in Phoenix.

Easily the worst hotel I've stayed at despite being a 4-star Hilton property, it's run like a rundown motel. There are bugs all over the place, the heater doesn't work, the rooms are basically falling apart and the front desk could care less.
They sent room cleaning to spray the room, but that made even more bugs come out. They also weren't able to get us moved to a less infested room since according to them, they don't have any rooms available.
Avoid Room 1114 like the plague....in fact just avoid this property in general. This property doesn't even meet Motel 6 standards.
Just avoid this property.

Just left. First room 1247 was old, dirty, carpet was torn and filthy, ac was not working properly (never got warmer than 63). Moved to 1312 - carpet filthy, torn, mirror frame in bathroom broken. Both rooms had unpleasant odors.
Jacuzzi was not working, pool area was rundown, construction everywhere (which is great but I wish it was disclosed upfront), the property has significant deferred maintenance and damage. The lobby is in decent shape.
We were there for a reunion. The day of the reunion there was a "water emergency" there was no water, when it was restored, there was no hot water to shower.
The positive - it was within walking distance to a wonderful Italian restaurant Tutti Santi, the reunion at Aunt Chiladas, and the pub the reunion happy hour was held at.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
Bed was comfortable.
Very disappointed Hilton fan. I would have to agree with the Motel 6 comparison.
Priced like a pristine resort. Not worth the price.

Half of the building is currently under construction and I feel like they should just keep it close until the construction is all the way complete and it will make the property look even better. They need to redo all the rooms and update the amenities. I went there for a nice little getaway and did not enjoy myself. They only have one Jacuzzi and of course it wasn’t working because it was under construction. The lounge chairs at the pool were all ripped broken. I’m glad I didn’t pay for a cabana because those chairs were dirty and stained old and outdated. The food was trash! Over cooked and dry. I even got harassed going into the pool area by a lady named Rihanna, who seem sweet at first, however, she harassed me to check my bag and was questioning what was in my bag, and if they sold the items at the resort and it made me feel very uncomfortable. part of the reason of me not going back will definitely be because of her. She acted like I was a criminal by going to the pool with a backpack. They pump up the waterpark like it’s such a big deal when it’s really just three pools A lazy river and a slide. One of the pools is freezing cold you can’t even get in. The other pool is decently warm and the lazy river water felt better than all three pools so you kind of just want to be in a lazy river all day. I will not be coming back sorry I rather spend a little more money and stay at a real resort. This place is a glorified motel. Good luck.
