Unfortunately, we were made to transfer rooms mid stay, locked out of our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was terrible. Left a message for the hotel manager twice never heard back.

When you stay at a Hilton hotel you expect a certain luxury. Luxury this wasn’t the only thing that was good about this establishment was the closeness to the airport. The bathroom completely unsatisfactory, tub discolored with mold and curtains falling apart. Drain in both tub and sink slow were slow to drain. Food in the restaurant was poorly prepared. This place needs to be renovated.

Room was not worth $400CAN, with a additional $25 per day just for parking Rooms could use some TLC. Morning front desk staff member put minimal effort into his job and was hiding in the back out of sight and came out like we were an inconvenience at check-out

I stayed here two nights and it was a very pleasant experience overall. I was in a corner room and the there were 3 doors all within arms reach so lots of noise when it comes to opening and closing doors but it was fine. It was a unique situation as most rooms are separated as usual in hotels. The front desk was very pleasant and so was the person in the little shop that serves coffee and premade to-go items. You could not hear any airport noise. The transportation to and from the airport is a real plus and convenient. The executive lounge had soft drinks and coffee, which was nice. Like most chains, a lot of benefits were eliminated during COVID to save money, and even though hotels are back a pre-Covid levels they are not giving any benefits back or adding any. The lounges are great to meet with coworkers for work and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The TVs were very old and don’t steam but I didn’t watch much TV so not a huge deal.
