Honestly, I got very bad experience in this hotel. As a diamond member, even though I check in early, the front desk staff told me rudely that there is no upgrade, without any reason! More confused, I was told the food credit will cover the breakfast buffet(very limited food choices) and they charged me extra $48 per day for it. On my first day, I called more than 3 times for conditioner but no response. I need to go to the front desk to ask for it. On the second day, the cleaner did not refill the conditioner since it is empty! Horrible service! The room is very dated with very a tiny bathroom! I would say this is WORST Hilton hotel I have been in as a frequent traveler for many years! The diamond membership is USELESS here! Never come back again!
