La chambre était correct. Aucun bruits dérangeant. Mais je n’ai pas eu la chambre réservée au départ.

-1 star for elevator not working over multiple days. Being a busy hotel, fixing 1 of only 2 elevators should be a priority. -1 star for defunded executive lounge. They do provide a coupon for appetizers at the sports bar as a substitute. Add back .5 star for the good room coffee (Coffee bean & tea leaf brand). Coffee has been the low point of our trip at the other Hilton hotels up & down from Williams-Sedona-North Phoenix. Bathroom fixtures are falling off.

My mom that passed away and gave beautiful unique 10mm pearl earrings. Unfortunately, with all the flight delays recently, and not getting enough sleep when I took the earrings off in my room I set them down by the remote control so they wouldn’t roll away. I left really early in the morning at 530 am again since I was stressed out about missing my flight, I forgot to put my earrings back on. I called right away and I know where I left my mom‘s earrings. Housekeeping reported that they didn’t see anything there and there will be no type of compensation. They backed up their people saying their workers have been there over 20 years. Keep your thief workers and unprofessional management. They lied and told corporate they tried to call me to talk to me about this and never did. They had to connect me to the hotel in order to speak to the manager that didn’t return my calls. Guest shouldn’t have to be stressed about their items being stolen if they are left behind. The earrings were 1,000 but that’s irreverent as the true meaning was where they came from. I do NOT recommend this place and they only care about your money and not the customer they basically told me to leave it because the case is closed. Thanks Hilton! -Genesiss

Whenever I stay at a hotel its always a hilton, my father is a diamond member, but this hotel is one of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. First there was a problem checking in, my father wanted to pay for the room for us, and the " supervisor" Hailey was a piece of work, lying about who she was going in the back and talking to, telling me and my father two different things. Its like, honey, you are in the hotel industry- SERVE THE CUSTOMER!! Also, for your own peace, read the room, like my father with the same last name as me and enough points to rent at least half the hotel, is just trying to pay ( with a CC)for the room over the phone. Once we got into the room it was disappointing, outdated, too brown, the smoke alarm was horribly old, doubt it even worked, which is disturbing. And the remote for the tv was better suited for a nursing home. And we had to pay for parking- 15$!!! We were only there a night so it is what it is, it was more like a best western than a hilton. The only good part was the restaurant, good food, good service. Also a nice breakfast buffet spread, but they ran out of plates for not a packed space and had to wait 10 minutes for clean plates for the buffet, but it was good. Anyway, if Im ever in Phoenix again, I will stay a hilton, but not this one.

Last visited arizona extensively 10 years ago. Things have changed a lot as this city has grown quite a bit. Arrived very late and found this place on hotels tonight. Watched the final hour of the world series game 7. Pros: comfortable and firm bed. Hotel pool and hot tub. Very clean and quiet. Cons: computer system integration with the Hilton honors app still need work. Parking is very much an hassle and require half put together app as well. The morning grass watering will water your car for ya if you ain't careful. Noize isn't an issue at all. I was on the top floor too. Easily passed for 9 hours with great rest.
