Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The first room I was assigned had a door that did not click shut, but the second room was fine. I felt safe and the room was quiet.

I recently stayed at this property with my wife for a nice Christmas vacation. Everything was top notch and a10 on a 10 scale. Kristie at the bar and Michael at the front desk made our stay very, very spectacular. The pool and jacuzzi are open late, the food is tremendously tasty, and the beds are more comfortable than you would expect at a Hilton garden inn. It's nice during this type of economy to find a property that does not "cheap out"nor nickel and dime hotel guests.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the North valley area of Phoenix, go have a bite with Kristie at the bar, and make sure Michael checks you in at the front desk.

It is a terrible hotel with the worst room situation. One of the bed blankets has a blood stain….
There is a person or either AI assistant or not which will text me on how is my stay. After I test the guys about the disgusting blood stain. The guy just disappeared…. Worst of the worst hotel service ever in Hilton…. Won’t recommend anyone to go at all.

This is a nice basic hotel. Good value for the price. It's clean and fresh, no worn carpet or scuffed surfaces. The breakfast is a step above a typical continental breakfast.
Special props to Glenda who greeted us at breakfast every morning. She's friendly, pleasant, and actual made us feel as though she enjoys her job!
What a difference it makes to have a smiling, happy person serving you instead of someone who dishes out the compulsory "Good morning."
Drawback is that the rooms with doors can be pretty noisy if it's occupied. The guy in the room next to us was talking so loudly on the phone, I could hear the person! I think he was on speaker phone.
We'll be back!
