So pretty at Christmas. A little expensive but was a great atmosphere & easy to have a conversation. Great photo ops. Food was very good.

Several issues negatively impacted my experience: - The in-room refrigerator was excessively noisy, disrupting my sleep throughout the night. - I called the front desk in the morning to request either a repair or a room change. I was told that mechanical staff could check the unit, but no one ever came, and no alternative room was offered. - Only on the first night were two complimentary water bottles provided. After that, no water was offered regardless of the length of stay. In other hotels, bottled water is consistently available, but here I was told “nothing is free” and had to argue with staff just to receive basic amenities. - During this exchange, the front desk staff member identified herself as the manager, though the posted signage listed Matt as the manager. This inconsistency added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, the lack of follow-through and poor customer service fell short of the standards I expect from Hilton properties.

Great location in the heart of downtown Phoenix, steps from the convention center, restaurants, shops and a supermarket, all within easy walking distance. The building has a bit of cinematic history tied to the opening sequence of Psycho (1960), directed by Alfred Hitchcock, which adds a fun, historic touch. The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I had a decent night’s sleep overall. Housekeeping was quite loud during the day, and at night there was some street noise, though nothing the AC or a white noise app couldn’t drown out. The air conditioner itself was loud but effective and cooled or warmed the room quickly. All in all, a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would stay here again if needed.

I had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The gym was a highlight - it's big and well-equipped, perfect for getting a workout in. One thing to note is that they don't provide slippers, so pack your own comfy shoes for lounging around. Overall, a solid choice for downtown Phoenix - convenient location and plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

I picked this hotel thinking it was a place that I stayed at previously and was surprised to find out that I was incorrect. As it turns out, it’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel that has been restored past its previous glory. The architecture is absolutely incredible, something that you just don’t see you today. A gorgeous lobby and beautiful architecture. There’s a fire on the 13th floor that has incredible views of the city along with food and drink. It’s very close to a lot of fantastic restaurants, including Chico Malo, the arrogant Butcher and Centrico. Three of my very favorites in the area. The breakfast wasn’t complementary, but it was absolutely delicious. The service was a little slow, but I think it might’ve just been a staffing issue. Everything was made fresh. I had fried eggs and toast with coffee and it was very good. Cooked to perfection. There’s also a neat little business center that’s built into a nook off of the lobby, which has a little nook off the side of it! It’ll be in my videos. They’ve got a working fireplace in there and it was a great spot to sit and catch up with stuff on my phone and laptop. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, it’s highly recommended. Do not miss out on the little business center nook or 13th floor! You won’t be disappointed!
