However, their drinks for sale in the lobby were too expensive, including charging $4 for a can of Arizona tea. The pillows were uncomfortably thin to the point I might as well have just laid my head on the mattress. The shower head water steam also very strong and uncomfortable. Otherwise no major problems with this hotel.

Had to pay for another night at the hotel. When I left in the morning, as a paid for two night, my stuff was all gone, including expensive jewelry. The hotel staff never called the say that they took the stuff, but I showed them I paid for two nights. Something in messed up in their system and they don't have the integrity to call when some 'leaves their stuff behind'. - AAAmin AbabnehOct 27, 20251.0What a horrible experience it was, I arrived to the hotel at 10 PM oct 26, my reservation is fully paid for from the 25th to the 27th, the front desk would not let me check in saying my reservation is cancelled because I failed to show up on the 25th, I tried for like 15 minutes and the only answer I got was policy and we have rooms available if you would like to reserve with us, so they asked if I wanted to pay again for the room I already paid for. Whoever created that policy that says if you fail to show up to a hotel where you already fully paid they can cancel your reservation is evil and should be sued….

The location was convenient but not the best part of town although we did not have any problems. The $16.95 breakfast buffet was comparable to the standard complimentary breakfast offered at many hotels, so it didn’t feel worth the additional cost on top of the $150+ nightly rate.
