- LHL HFeb 16, 20261.0BE AWARE! There are two Hilton Hotels with the same names defined only by location. We were picked up at the airport by the wrong Hilton shuttle service and taken to the wrong hotel. Once the mistake had been realized the shuttle had left and we waited 45 min for its return. We were then taken to the correct Hilton but the whole ordeal cost us over an hour of our time. The front desk was absolutely useless! Thier response..."it happens but there's not much we can do about it". Verify the hotel location with the shuttle service. Hope this helps someone in the future.

Checking in they did not say wifi was down, main reasons for booking hotel weee free shuttle and good wifi to be able to work, both fail. Terrible communication and would only give me Hilton points but i didn't want that i wanted a refund or more points to make up for the extra $ i had to put out as well as loss of a work day
