Well it started off bad i check in to a room that smelled like pee and told nadia and she didn’t apologize she just handed me new keys. The new room was good bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Went down to the front desk to check out and spoke with gloria had a good conversation with here just about Hilton and told her about my experience and she was caring and understanding. I didn't want anything for free. I just wanted the other lady to acknowledge my concerns gloria definitely did that. Only reason hotel getting a 5/5 is because of gloria. Thank you again i hope she there when we come back in April

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Gloria at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
Gloria went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She patiently answered all my questions, offered great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and quickly handled a small request I had with genuine care and professionalism.
It’s rare to encounter someone so attentive and kind. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in my trip. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained,

The hotel is great and clean, but what made a difference was the team who helped me sort out a problem with my reservation before I arrived. Everyone has been exceptionally helpful and kind. Thanks Edrina, Gloria and Daniel for helping me get my reservation settled, you were incredibly helpful!

NOISY! They do not close or have observed quite hours for the pool. We had to tolerate the laughing, screaming drunks until they passed out or drowned... which ever came first. However, the front desk did offer to extend our check out time. An exceptionally weak consolation if you ask me. We declined the offer. We will not stay here again.

I want to start by saying that I accidentally booked a room at this hotel for the wrong dates. I called to switch the days and spoke with a woman named Nadia, who told me she would take care of it. A couple of days later, I checked my Hilton app and saw that the dates were still the same, so I had to call again.
This time I spoke with Gloria, who informed me that the dates could not be moved due to the type of reservation. I was confused as to why Nadia told me it would be handled and never followed up to let me know it couldn’t be changed. That was disappointing and honestly made me feel misled.
Gloria, however, knew exactly what she was doing. She did everything she could to help fix the situation, and once she did, she followed up with both a phone call and an email to confirm everything was resolved. Her communication and professionalism were outstanding.
The stay itself was great. The rooms were really nice, and dinner was outstanding. Check-in was a bit dry—not rude, just not very conversational. At checkout, I finally got to meet Gloria in person, and she even remembered us. I was surprised too due to how many guests she helps daily, so I asked if she was a manager. When she said no, I was honestly shocked because she goes above and beyond like one. Because of the initial issue, I wasn’t planning on staying here again, but Gloria completely changed that for us.
She truly made us want to come back.
