NOT WORTH THE MONEY. First of all, you have to pay for parking (which makes no sense given it's a fairly private parking lot). Apart from that, the room smells weird, you have to pay $3 for $1 water bottles in the room, and there's NO breakfast. What kind of hotel makes you pay $325 for one night and NOT provide breakfast. Not even some muffins. SECOND and most importantly, one of the towels that was hung in the shower had yellowish crusty liquid on it that smelled.. reminiscent of human bodily fluids. If you catch my drift. The part that was facing the interior of the shower was the part that was dirty. So that means either the towels weren't checked, or the housekeeper folded it and set it there without caring that it was dirty. Imagine if i was visually impaired or something and i put that towel on my face. Absolutely sick. I made a mistake booking this hotel, they make ENOUGH money without nickel and diming their customers, and they especially make enough money to pay their employees better. Maybe the towel wouldn't have been there if the housekeeper liked her job a little more.

I will NOT recommend this hotel ! I booked a room for 1 night, and when I arrived to check in,the price I was charged was much more than the booking price. I also discovered a parking ticket on my car a few hours after checking in ! I was informed that there is an extra fee for parking, after I payed more than $200 for the room ! I am a successful business owner and I know that trying to nickel and dime your customers is not the best way to do business ! After all the bad reviews I am reading here, I recommend everyone to try and find different places to stay !

$10 to park is fine, but NOWHERE on the website says, to pay, one MUST use their cell phone, download a third party app, pay a third party site, with unknown security, with a credit card number, all while we stand there with suitcases. Meanwhile at the hotel next door.....FREE parking. So....change ! Make the parking chargeable to the room..do the right thing for your HILTON "guests" (customers)..

We had several issues that just made this a rough experience and I can't recommend the hotel until some of these issues get fixed.
1. There was a surprise $10 a night for parking fee.
2. There was a HORRIBLE sewage smell in our first room. By the second night, the smell was so bad we had to be moved. I was told there is an issue with the sewer system affecting the hotel, which isn't their fault, but they never mentioned it when we checked in.
3. In both rooms, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and we could not get it back on until 9:30am. I have no idea if there was a global setting that turned everything off, or if their occupancy sensor was broken. But it was really frustrating.
4. In our first room, there was something wrong with the wiring. Various lights would flicker or not turn on for several minutes.
5. I downloaded the app to get access to contactless check in and the digital key. I followed all the steps, but I still had to go the front to check in and have my digital key turned on. And it didn't work until 8 hours before we left
6. Finally, and this is small but just really annoyed me after everything else. They were charging $3 for water. It's Arizona, it's hot and dry and you need to drink a lot of water. And the Hilton decides to be cheap and charge for it.
Having said all this, the front desk staff was absolutely lovely. I really appreciate the lady who helped get us moved to another room at midnight.
This hotel is 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms were beautiful, better than expected, but on our second day, we came back to a horrible sewer smell in the room. The staff was very friendly but didn't act like it was a surprise at all. The city was contacted and found several sewer grates were loose on the site. We changed rooms in a hurry and forgot a set of expensive headphones in the bustle. We notified staff and they sent a maintenance man to look in the previous room, ask housekeeping, and lost&found. They were never found. On our final night we went to bed early, only to wake to a hotel-wide fire alarm. Thankfully it was handled within a few minutes and we were able to return to bed. This hotel started out a 5 star experience and unfortunately ended in a 2 star review. I've had better stays in 1 star motels.
