  Hotel was clean, and right by many restaurant options. The first night I was there a clicking noise persisted out of the vent the whole night and I could barely sleep. When I called the front desk they said they would have to investigate it in the morning. The second night the same noise started again, and it promptly stopped after I explained that it had not been fixed from the night before. Before you stay there with a car and they charge you $10 a night be sure to read the associated Terms of Service. I have attached 3 screenshots so you can see just how egregious their terms are. They keep your information, share your information, check with state agencies about your information (License Plate, car registrations and anything else they can get their hands on) and then they sell your information to either affiliates, or affiliated companies who could benefit from your information. When I complained about this, the hotel offered me 5,000 Hilton points. Thanks, but no thanks I will stay at Marriott next time and am happy to buy my bottle of water in lieu of the points.

  The best attribute of this Hilton Garden Inn is its location. Located right off of highway 202 and within walking distance of a very nice outdoor mall the location is great. The mall contains a buffet of restaurants and stores to choose from. The overall neighborhood has an upscale feel to it. The hotel is nice. The lobby, decor, and amenities are modern. Our room was good however it's starting to show minor signs of age. For example our wallpaper was peeling at various locations throughout the room. The room itself was clean and everything worked perfectly. The bathroom had a bright modern design, except the piping underneath the sink is exposed. I would definitely stay here again if the need was to arrive again.

  They charge for parking at this location for some reason, FYI. Room was nice and clean, and extremely noisy. Road noise, and some other constant noise. The A/C works on a sensor that senses movement so when you’re sleeping it reverts back to auto. Made for a very hot sleeping experience. They weren’t nearly at capacity and wouldn’t let me get a late checkout. Just their policy I suppose. The bartender was the best employee in the place. He was very friendly and attentive. The location is stellar, next to Desert Ridge mall with tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. I’ll stay in this area again, just not at this property.
