  Good solid hotel. The breakfast staff are very friendly, the woman who was working breakfast on November 8-10 was extremely nice and kind and friendly and she is awesome. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. But she is awesome. The rooms are a weird layout, with a master switch that controls all the lights that must be on at all times. Weird. And the bed is kind of in the middle of the room against a wallboard that separates it from the desk. But i actually like the layout better. You can lie on your side and watch TV which is easier than lying on your back and watching TV. Gorgeous views of mountains and mesas. Proximity to Desert Ridge which has many different shops and fun. Only downside is that they charge $10 a day for parking. When I made the reservation it said free but then they changed it before my reservation date. And it's not payable through the hotel, it's payable through an app by scanning a QR code.. If you're from out of the country and don't have data, too bad, you get towed. If you don't have a smartphone, too bad, you get towed. Worst of all, you don't get Hilton Honors points for it and if you have the Amex Hilton Credit Card, you can't use the $50 credit on it. It would at least be tolerable if they put it on your hotel bill and you got points for it. But they don't. They just make it more difficult for us with fewer benefits. So that unfortunately forces me to take the rating down a star.

  Currently staying at the Hilton you would think the name carries itself with cleanliness and service to their customers, The audacity and I’m absolutely applaud by the fact that you buy a room that you have to stay for overnight. But yet they will charge you $10 to park your car overnight. Make it make sense. The least they can do is put that in small print or included in the fees . The fact that your car has to stay overnight when you rent a room, this is 2025. They’re really charging for your car to be in the parking lot that you’re already paying for a room.

  Worst Hilton experience we have ever had. Low thread count sheets the bed was old and sunk in. First time I've had to pay for parking while staying at a Garden inn...It's not that caliber. Everything is a la carte no breakfast, no nothing. A definite money grab if this is the way Hilton is going we will be looking at different options in the future.

  I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable during my visit. My room was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed for both work and relaxation. The hotel amenities were excellent — the fitness center was clean and had quality equipment, and the lobby area was inviting for both meeting and relaxing. I especially appreciated the convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major highways. Overall, this hotel delivered exactly what I look for: comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting North Phoenix.
