If you’re looking for an affordable hotel with comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and an amazing staff this hotel is for you. The stadium, convention center, mortgage center, and restaurants are a 10 minute Uber ride away. I would like to Thank Rebecca, April, David, Veronica, Sophia and Gissel for your kindness, and professionalism.

Facility and staff members are fantastic. Clean rooms and free breakfast are great. Had an issue with cigarette smoke from room next door and the staff was great in resolving the issue. Annahi, front desk employee went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I love this place as they make me feel at home.

Unfortunately we needed to stay because my sister was in the hospital. They were very accommodating, customer service was some of the best. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and well maintained. Very easy to get from the hospital to the hotel via the bridge in the parking structure. Would stay again if I need to. They gave us a hospital discount to help with cost.

Amanda was most accommodating. Our daughter had major brain surgery and we weren’t sure when she was to get released from hospital. First we needed to change rooms, then we needed not to change but to add a room. Amanda took care of arranging all of it and helped us get everything we needed to make my daughters stay comfortable! Thank you Amanda! Jana Clements

It was fine, but not exceptional. The breakfast was really nice. They only make the room every other day. Hot water took forever. Internet is slow. It’s pretty far from everything except the neurologic Institute. The major complaint is that the walls, ceiling, and doors are thin as paper. I could hear conversations in the next room to the point I could’ve joined in. People walking around upstairs would wake you in the middle of the night. Definitely get a top floor and corner room if you can.
