The only thing I didn't like was the distance to work. I should note that I was in town on business and did not book the room myself, so my issue may not be your issue. That being said, I would stay again happily.
- TETrissy EFeb 13, 20261.0This is a dump! For almost $300 a night on a Thursday. I did not expect this. I used 60,000 points to have a nice clean spacious room. That’s the opposite of what I got. Old dirty and didn’t even get any diamond member perks. The girl at the desk was rude and the elevator had spilled milk all over the wall and floor: False advertising!! The tv is also blue.

Although rooms are a bit dated, they were very large and very clean. I am not typically a "free hotel breakfast" gal, but this one was actually excellent! Multiple hot breakfast item options, fresh fruit and juices, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

Of all the hotels I stay in, I consistently choose Hilton, due to their quality standards and outstanding service. In this area (I am here 8 mos out of 12), I always choose the Hampton Inn Phoenix- Biltmore, Hilton hotel. I stay 2-3 weeks a month, and the staff is phenominal! The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is consistently good, the pool and hot tub are clean, there is covered parking the cleaning staff is friendly and accommodating. It is centrally located to shopping, resturants and business I recommended it for a day, or a month. You will not be disappointed.
