    Employee Francisco extremely rude. Had to wait 20 minutes at counter and just to checkout early. Other employee had to find him. Cold coffee at 5am. Francisco told me someone else makes the coffee while he sat on his phone. Never staying here again.

    Everything has been great accept, a guest, posing as a security guard in the lobby was drunk and stocking guest. He eyeballed our female colleagues in an appropriate way and create an atmosphere of vulgarity and hostility. We reported the incident to corporate and are waiting to hear back. We will update this review after the outcome.

    The desk agent at check-in (about 9:30 pm) was excellent and the room was large and well-equipped. I appreciated the step-in shower. But it's a tired property. Carpet in the room was worn and stained, likewise the couch and easy chair. Paint was chipped on trim. The A/C units in both rooms of the suite were noisy and there was noise from the road outside. Breakfast was O.K. except for the lack of any fruit except wrapped whole apples. Coffee was terrible. First cup I got at breakfast was lukewarm. A server brought out a fresh pot and I was hopeful, but despite being hot, the taste of the coffee was like it was several days old. And the in-room coffee maker made pretty awful, weak stuff as well. I got stranded in Phoenix by Air Traffic Control and this was a place to lay my head for the night, but I will probably avoid it in the future, especially for what it cost me.

    The room was on the first floor facing the street, a lot of road noise, the room above us was extremely loud, called the front desk and even went to the front desk in the middle of the night to ask them to do something about the noise. Didn't get alot of sleep. Good location close to the airport.

    Great place to stay if you’re going to a game or concert downtown! The railway station, which is within walking distance of the hotel and other hotels in the area, rides straight to the heart of downtown! And if there’s any type of event that you are attending downtown, you get to ride the railway for FREE! Another great thing about this hotel, that it’s less than a 10 minute drive to and from the airport! The staff is very professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Rates are a little high, but then again what isn’t nowadays! That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating. Other than that, we will be back!
