We had a wonderful stay here! Location is great and it’s a very clean property. I appreciate all of the staff, specially Sam at the check-in desk; she went above and beyond to help me check in, late at night, with a fussy toddler (thank you Sam!)

Wanted to love it here as they made sure to give me an allergy free room. But the rest was truly awful. Started when upon arrival the sink was stopped up with water and neither phone worked to call front desks. (Our phones were almost out of charge after long travel day). Next morning when getting ready to attend a funeral we woke to a shower with no hot water. As we were running late after a kind staff member tried to fix it—they sent us down the hall to another room to shower. Not so cool. Came back in the afternoon and it was fixed. The bed was so bad my husband and I both had hurting hips each morning. We are 60–did not expect to awaken in pain each day from bad mattresses. Top it this morning with a smoke alarm before sunrise. Just not a pleasant experience and we won’t stay here again. I think worst part has to be the awful bed causing back and hip pain. I’m not one to write negative reviews but if you want comfort this is not it. Yes, took off the fee for the first night. I requested that. Honestly, I would have paid double to have a pleasant stay. We chose this for location. PS: if you don’t eat dairy maybe skip the breakfast. When asking for something without dairy (besides a banana) I was told “we don’t keep it on hand as it goes bad before it’s used”—I asked for milk. Said couldn’t even ask their restaurant if maybe they had some.

We love this hotel. Sorry to say but our 2nd night this past visit didn't meet my expectations. Our restroom smelled of mold and sewage and there was tiny sugar ants in our little kitchen area. We brewed coffee with little ants. I also don't know why we never get a pool side view.

My husband and myself were planning to celebrate our babymoon over the new year at this property. It was close to friends and family along with a golf course my husband had wanted to try out. Unfortunately, the day after Christmas I went into premature labor with our 24 week old. My husband reached out to Booking.com the day following to see if there was a way to refund our stay. We were contacted directly by the management team for this Hilton property and treated with gracious understanding for our situation and refunded for our stay also without a late cancelation fee. We greatly appreciate the support and excellent customer service we received from the Director of Operations for the Scottsdale property. Looking forward to a future stay once we have the opportunity! Thanks again to the Hilton team!
