The Embassy Suites mojo has atrophied along with its facilities. They served us bagged apple slices today at breakfast. No fresh cut fruit here. I could hear neighbor snoring through the wall. I guess after so many renovations a tired building loses sound proofing. Oh and the managers reception? Chips and salsa on a paper plate, and better get in line for your two free drinks cause they won’t serve you if you sit at the bar unless you’re a ‘paying customer’. And to top it off they send a text survey that reeks of AI. “Sorry you didn’t like this but glad you liked that…”..

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff member, Isiah, appeared to be very new and seemed unprepared, which led to a frustrating check-in experience. Questions were answered inconsistently, and important details about my stay weren’t clearly communicated. What concerned me most was that he refused to validate my parking ticket, something that has always been done during my previous visits. This added unnecessary inconvenience and left me feeling that he wasn’t familiar with standard procedures. While everyone needs time to learn, front desk service shapes a hotel’s first impression. I believe that providing better training and support for new employees would greatly improve guest experience. I hope management addresses these issues so that future visits can reflect the level of service this hotel is usually known for.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff member, Isiah, appeared to be very new and seemed unprepared to handle basic guest requests, which made the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating. Questions were met with uncertainty, and important details about my stay weren’t communicated clearly. What added to the frustration was that he refused to validate my parking ticket, even though this is something the hotel has done every time I’ve stayed here. I tried to explain that this has always been standard procedure, but the issue wasn’t resolved, leaving me to handle the cost myself. While everyone needs time and training when they’re new, the lack of support and consistency at the front desk reflects poorly on the overall guest experience. I hope management provides better guidance and training so future guests receive the level of service this hotel has offered in the past.

I don’t typically feel the need to post a review of a hotel, but I am astonished by my recent experience at the Hilton Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore. My fiancé and I were given a room with a massive leak in the ceiling. She had placed her bag on the counter and heard the water dripping. We realized the ceiling was covered in mold and had been dripping on her bag. We called down to the reception desk to inform them of what was happening they basically said that it was coming from the filter and that they were completely booked and couldn’t switch our room. They eventually did move us into a new room, which should have been the immediate response. You can tell that the leak in the ceiling is not new as well and that they were aware of the issue prior to putting us in the room. They have air purifiers in the rooms as well since the rooms smell of mildew and mold.
