Wonderful. Very clean. The food is outstanding. Has a gym that works in a pinch but there is one next door if you need. I received my dinner very quickly, the chef sent out an excellent burger cooked to my ideal temp perfectly and waffle frys in no time at all. I usually refuse trying new foods but a sweet employee named Lupita suggested the quesadilla that has prickly pear cactus inside and wow it was delicious, and the hot sauce it came with had excellent flavor and just the right amount of heat. I will DEFINITELY be eating here for lunch or dinner again and if ever I am stuck in town or want a staycation in the city this place is ideally located. Also, The hallways are open and are not really hallways as they overlook the interior of the hotel, the restaurant, and the lobby, so you don't get that "The Shining" redrum kind of feeling late at night, it's really peaceful. It's a beautiful area, and there is a golf course right next door if the mood strikes. Situated perfectly next to everything you could need, and very near to AZ SR 51, can't ask for much more.

I had a great stay at this Embassy Suites in the Biltmore area. The location is excellent—close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and easy to get around. Mobile check-in was smooth and convenient, and I liked that I could choose my room ahead of time. The hotel has been recently renovated; I’m not sure what it looked like before, but it definitely feels fresh, modern, and even a bit nicer than many other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. Breakfast is set up differently here compared to the usual Embassy Suites buffet. Instead, they offer a breakfast bar with made-to-order items. The evening manager’s reception was also great, offering two complimentary drinks and some light snacks. My room was spacious and faced the pool area. The bed and pillows are extremely soft—perfect if that’s your preference (it is not mine, too soft). There are two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The TV guide feels pretty outdated, but honestly still better than the newer Hilton interface I’m not a fan of. The room also had a wet bar, a vanity area in the bedroom, and even two ceiling fans, which was a nice touch. I did experience sporadic hot water issues in the shower—sometimes it was warm at best, and other times it was perfectly normal. The fitness center is on the smaller side for a hotel of this size, but there’s a Lifetime Fitness right across the street if you need a more complete gym. One small inconvenience is the desk placement: it sits on the same wall as the TV, so you can’t really watch it while working. A swiveling wall mount would solve that easily. Overall, despite a few minor quirks, this will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I return to Phoenix.
