My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Water temperature was warm even on a chilly December night! Our room was spacious but felt a little dirty.

Now, the final bill doesn’t account for it and the customer care says that 3rd party expedia bookings don’t qualify for it. I would have been fine if it was made clear earlier and not after billing. Right now, it just feels like we were tricked into eating at their extremely mid but expensive restaurant. One of the elevators didn’t work. The chefs at the restaurant aren’t great with fish. They overcook it a lot

But since we wanted to stay together as a family. They went above and beyond to find a solution. Providing excellent customer service for a problem they did not create. House keeping was amazing and kind. And the waiters at breakfast gave top service. We typically stay at Wyndham properties but will be using Hilton now! Thank you to the staff at Double Tree, especially Nakeyla.
- MEMartin EvansDec 29, 20255.0This is a great hotel, very close to the airport. Their free shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes and it takes about 10 minutes each way. The suite was very large, extremely clean, and comfortable. The sitting area has the biggest television I have ever seen in a hotel room (see picture). It was massive😊. Staff were very helpful and friendly, highly recommended, would definitely stay here again
