  So far the stay at this location has been amazing. The room is exceptionally clean and very spacious. The best thing was during check-in the two ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Serenity and Nakleya were very accommodating and put up with several truck drivers making fun of everything and giving them a hard time. The customer service and professionalism they showed was top notch. I know its difficult to deal with several truck drivers at the same time. Thank you.

  They don't replenish water bottles if you are staying more than 1 day, while charging same daily price. In business there is nothing complimentary, it is built in cost. Basically you are fleecing your long term stay guests, while charging the same daily rate.

  Front end ladies could use some more training. The were rude except for one that come to work around 3ish. She corrected the mistakes the others did. She could give correct answers to the question asked, and she was very friendly and polite. One person out of 4 that was working the desk. Not good odds.

  This hotel is a catfish. The lobby is nice but once you leave the lobby you feel like you entered 60 Days In. This hotel is run down and the furniture in the rooms make you feel like you are going to catch something. The rooms had many people coming in and out, parties and very loud. This is not a place to relax, feel safe, or clean. If you like grime and a place to party then this is for you. Our first room we were given was a dirty room not even cleaned. They did move us but we spent the night listening to the room next to us. We could hear their conversation. There were broken bottles in the walkway, at 2:30 in the morning people were in the atrium hanging out and looking pretty torn up. This was the least relaxing hotel and made me feel like a camera crew would show up to record one of those drug documentaries. Whoever gave this 5 stars was either paid, works at the hotel, or has no idea of what a good, clean hotel is. Parking was also expensive. For all the money they get for parking maybe they could use it to clean the place up and reinvest.

  Great stay at the Double Tree. Hot cookie at check in. “Welcome to the Double Tree” at check in with a smile by Jen. She was so professional and genuine and specifically told me if I needed anything to come see her. Love great customer service. Room was so modern and clean with subtle tans grays and wood tones. Lighting was warm just like I like it. Lots of usb ports. If you like to plane spot go to floor 4 and walk towards the south. Shuttle service every 30 minutes in their cookie van. Driver very nice.
