- ANAndrew Navarro5 days ago1.0***ATTENTION ALL BUSINESS TRAVELERS***....Rooms seem to be newly renovated. Front desk team during the day is pleasant to work with and most accomodating - Housekeeping, as well. Night crew seemed to be incompitent in delivering the most simple request (3 times) and when following up with the night auditor (Dominic) the following morning (before 8am) to have original request fullfilled, I was greeted with the utmost unprofessional morning tone of "your problem and negativity have nothing to do with me, that's a night crew issue and you'll have to wait until they come in to have your request met". All I was asking for was a new iron to be delivered to my room because the old iron currently in my room isn't functioning. I asked to communicate with GM after night auditor verbally attacked me and then peoceeded to rudly blew me off... I was told I would have to wait until leadership team comes in to receive a new iron. This will certainly make me arrive late to my business meeting.

The only restaurant for the evening was so boring .it was Sunday football game couldnt hear the game they wouldnt put the game on There wasn't alot of people there, boring atmosphere. I wouldnt never recommend this hotel at all. I feel bad for thier staff to have to deal with 1 elevator thru this old looking hotel. Very disappointed

The rooms were a little outdated but clean and the bed was comfortable for my taste. The Bad: Service at the front desk was hit and miss. Some employees were awesome and friendly and few were not so much. Not sure if they were new or not, but definitely not all were customer friendly or welcoming. My fist interaction was not so pleasant and I was made feel like a nuisance. The Ugly: One of the elevator banks was not working at all which caused a big bottle neck and a lot of delays. The hotel didn't even offer free coffee in the lobby but was happy to sell you an overpriced espresso at almost $6 dollars.

- DDDena DelrealNov 11, 20255.0Was on a couple days of vacation got a room here it was very nice clean smelling good hotel the snacks were pretty expensive the frozen burrito weren't good at all or the frozen personal pizza had to make in Microwave in the room and tasted soggy and like card board but everything else room was very clean I slept very good hopefully I will be back to stay a night there again soon n next time be able to get in the swimming pool or hot tub love the palm trees we gotten a room on the 5 th floor my friend can't walk very far n she had to walk a good distance just get to the room.
