  I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Valley Metro station right outside as I came for the Innings Festival in Tempe. I had no issues at this hotel. I thought the lobby and rooms were clean and the staff were respectful. The cucumber water they have at the front was delicious as well and the free coffee they have outside the hotel restaurant in the mornings. Had no problems finding parking ($14/day) and there was no outside noise from our 4th floor room. I would stay here again.

  An odd experience overall. The facility and location are fine. My teenager and I checked in around 9 p.m. after a long flight from the East Coast. He wasn’t feeling well and wanted room service, which is advertised via QR code and a dedicated phone button. The room service line rang unanswered multiple times, even after the front desk transferred me back to it. When I went to the restaurant to ask in person, the bartender (without looking at me) said they were too busy for room service and offered no alternative. A front desk attendant was kind and offered to help, but I ultimately just ordered Grubhub. Later, I misplaced the paper parking pass ($14/day) after switching rental cars — entirely my fault. Still, I was surprised by how rude and lecturing the front desk attendant was about it. It’s a paper pass with a QR code, and I hadn’t realized it was such a serious matter. I understand policies exist, but as a paying guest, I was hoping for a little understanding — not a scolding. (He did end up replacing it despite his frustration) Overall, just a strange experience.

  Convenience at it's best! Direct access to the light rail, covered parking, air tram for Sky Harbor Airport also directly across the street. Nice dining room and bar/lounge area to relax and a perfect sized pool. Definitely a hidden gem in Phoenix!

  This hotel has the worst bartenders and servers in both the bar and the morning restaurant . The servers and bartenders pay no attention to detail and act as if they're doing you a favor . It apparently takes 3 servers ( all female doing selfies on their phones) to serve a lounge with 20 seats . The day time bartender looks as if he crawled out of bed . The reason i left 3 stars is because the front desk staff super friendly and the food was outstanding . I would only return to this hotel if they managed the food sector properly .

  To start off with, this place is marginally better than a Super 8 or comparable motel, the place is extremely dated. You pay for breakfast, which for a place like this and what you pay should be included. The parking is outrageous ($14/night) for a city like Phoenix, and the lot is not even paved, just a un-gated/unsecured dirt lot with questionable people wandering about. The front desk lady with blue hair (unprofessional) was rude, she gave me attitude about asking questions. And after walking only a few feet away, she and the other desk gal immediately started talking about me as I’m only standing a few feet away. I’m from New York and I’ve found better parking longterm rates, but they parked my car in a gated, paved garage.
