This hotel was much less expensive than the hotels surrounding it in the very same hotel park. AND, it's clean, updated, friendly service, a big room, did I say clean?? The only reason I gave the room 4 stars is that there is no coffee maker in the room, but it's available in the lobby. Great find!
- TGTony GarciaDec 6, 20252.0My entire stay was fine, from the moment I arrived, through the three nights I stayed, the breakfast, the room cleaning, the comfort of the beds, etc. But today, on my check-out day, at 11:05 am, the woman from the front desk came knocking on my door in a very annoyed manner. Even though I greeted her, the first thing she said was, "I've been calling you and you're not answering." I replied that the phone hadn't rung. She immediately responded, "Are you going to move to the first floor or not?" which surprised me because I was already about to check out, and I told her so. Then she saw a piece of paper she was holding and said she had mistaken me for another guest. I replied, "Yes, I'm leaving now," and she rudely responded, "Oh? Well, then what time are you leaving?" as if she were trying to kick me out. This was a bitter experience and ruined everything good about my stay. It's unacceptable to be treated this way, and I'm not responsible if any of the staff members have had a bad day. Personally, I will NOT be staying here again.

I made Priceline reservations and prepaid, to stop at this BW to shower and get some good sleep in a real bed. Everything looks great! Very clean! Until i went to take a shower in the morning…NO HOT WATER! Only luke warm water in the sink so i literally had to bathe and wash my hair and shave parts in the sink!!! Spoke to the front desk and they said, “did you try the sink water? Did you let the shower run for a long time?” I told them “i ran the shower the entire time i bathed in the sink.” They said they “would mention it to the maintenance staff.” And that was all. I VERY rarely leave reviews (and when i do they are good reviews), this one is simply to warn others so not to have it happen to you too!
