    First the positives. I’m grateful to have had a place to stay, unlike countless people I saw by the roadside. And I’m grateful to the receptionist who worked 24hrs due to people calling in sick. The reception had AAA three diamond awards dating back to 2018 end ending in 2021. That’s how the hotel feels - tired and dilapidated. Toilets was broken in the first room and I was moved to an accessible room with paper thing walls and the person showering in the next room woke me at 545am. As a place to stay it’s adequate but there are better options at similar prices available. OK… but “meh” 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Booked a dayuse 9am to 3pm, got conformation reservation by text and email, upon arrival minutes before o'clock to check in, I was told at the front desk that they not doing any dayuse! Like seriously, how unprofessional, disappointing, inapproriate, inconsiderate, inconvenient, incompetent, frustrating, disrespectful, unacceptable, disorganized and unpleasant moment! I'll come back with more reviews later

    I paid for a room at this hotel I got here to check in and my card was declined for 100$ incidentals I told him I have cash he wouldn’t accept that and said I went through a third party they will not refund my money so I am out $135 because of money they CB my put a hold on but refused to take cash actual money and turned me away ! They guy at the front desk was super rude about it

    It was nearly impossible to sleep here even with ear plugs. Between the other guests doors sounding like they are slamming all night, the freeway traffic outside, and the fan/ air conditioning being very loud we did not sleep well. Upon check out, man working at the counter seemed unfriendly as well. Unfortunately wont be coming back.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever been. Rudest and very unprofessional. Absolutely no customer service. The front desk guy couldn’t help me as a guest. I wanted to extend my stay and use my incidental from the night before. I asked before I did anything. Because I was using my points. So I made the reservation I go to front desk and he asked for my id and card and said my card didn’t go through. I asked to speak to the gm he replied with I don’t want to call him I’m in hot water. My mind was blown. I replied with profanity. Instead of trying work with me the GM finally comes out and asked me to leave. It wasn’t even 11 am yet. Now he will not give me my points back and took partial of my incidental. I was also told I’m on the no check out list. I been communicating with corporate. He also told corporate to stop calling him. This one guy makes the Best Western look BAD!!!!!!
