  Good basic hotel. clean room. no wierd smells. nice bedding. salt pool. decent free breakfast and nice paper plates. would like if if there had been to see some ceriamic mugs coffee with Osmosis water and purified water dispenser

  For every day that you park there they change you 18 dollar its a hidden fee. I could of gotten a better hotel for the same price.

  I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Downtown Phoenix. The room was clean, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for the most part, which made it easy to relax. The location was convenient, and the customer service truly stood out—staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. While there were a few minor things that were slightly annoying, they didn’t outweigh the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent, comfortable place to stay—a reliable temporary home away from home.

  It was worsting 2 days on my experience with hotel. Me and my brother booked A room as we have a conference but at checked in they said only one bedroom with one bed and will change once other person arrived as my brother came before me. Unfortunately, when I came my brother was trying to change it but the receptionist (Lucia) for no reason she refused and she was to bad to him so he taken it and accepted. However, at night I asked for blanket but the receptionist (Jennifer)was too nice and friendly and when I explained that for her she change the room in 10 minutes she was really made my day and thank for her and please hotel should as Jennifer. Anyway. Next day was my check out and before the time by 3 hours I did my check out. So, Lucia was the one there and on the same moment I remember my phone charger and ask her the key card so she said you did not give any card and card was on her hand and that happen on the same time of check out so I realized she is not alright and she has something wrong against people. Howere, for no reason she said "the person change your room from Queen bed to separate bed  as she means Jennifer, she will face problem and punishment". tooooo weird the funny things, she said "if you need your phone charger you can arrange with shaping company to take to your couture and I think she has problem with people based on !!!!! I don’t recommend this hotel at all and we going conducted the conference every 3 years on the city but everyone now knew this place well

  My friend got a hotel here for the night. The service of the handsome man Marquis was by far exceptional! I am a parepligic and he tried his hardest to get the pool and hotub adaptive chairs working for me. One of the worst things about being a parepligic is finding out that I can't enjoy some of the amenities and frankly the only reason we chose the hotel was to soak. He made it to where I could get in and enjoy the hot tub and this man was so busy at the front with other people and found the time to help us. I've spent a lot of time at various hotels. There was even a 5 star hotel in whitefish Montana that I was stuck in their hot tub for 2 hours because their chair broke. Not one person offered to help me out. Marquis was a very big help and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel itself is older but the service, the hotel itself, rooms, and pool and hotub area are very clean. This should be a higher starred hotel.
