  Excellent experience! Arrived at 1PM, and the front desk held my bags until I could check in at 2PM without an extra charge. They were kind enough to recommend a place to get a cold drink nearby. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Never heard other people around me, which was great. Breakfast buffet was above average-- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, yogurt bar, juices, and assorted breads/baked goods. Check out was easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are clean but if you are a light sleeper, consider a different hotel. You can hear doors closing and conversations being had from the hallway.

  I gave it 5 stars because it was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was where we needed to be. It could use an update but that didn't make it bad. The breakfast was good and had options of hot and cold food. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but both appeared clean and well maintained. The attendant said parking was $18 per night but if you signed up for the rewards program it was free. $100 deposit upon check in which I'm not sure what for since there was no mini bar or pay per view that I saw. We stayed 3 nights and it was quiet. Dining options within walking distance or a short drive to Roosevelt street. Parking downtown is sparce as it is in many big cities. Pretty close to the airport.

  Good basic hotel. clean room. no wierd smells. nice bedding. salt pool. decent free breakfast and nice paper plates. would like if if there had been to see some ceriamic mugs coffee with Osmosis water and purified water dispenser
