  Very clean & friendly. I was super impressed because it was such a good price. The hot breakfast is wonderful. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh brewed coffee by the cup 24/7. Definitely our go to when in the phoenix area.

  Absolutely loved our stay here. They gave us a bigger room and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was great too. My son loved the pool! Overall, it was the best trip and it was so relaxing. The room made it that much better. Location is near food and entertainment. Just perfect. Will definitely come back.

  I was very let down from this Holiday Inn Express. No spa and very small pool. There are alot of abandoned cars on the back side of the parking lot. Most look like they have been sitting a while. Several had a lot of dust on them, No license plates, some with broken windows. I was very leary about parking back there overnight as there were no parking spots left In the front. Our room had alot of trash and candy wrappers stuffed in random places. There was a hole in the wall between the beds and there was all sorts of trash stuffed in the wall. Carpets throughout the whole building were very dirty and stained. Positive note: the bed was comfy and the t.v. and Air Conditioner worked! Just not impressed overall. Most likely wont stay here again.

  Location could not be better with ideal proximity to my parents condo, Peoria Sport Complex, and a great trail system. The staff were splendid, always offering a smile. Other than a brief need to empty the waste bins, the breakfast experience was good, with everything in good supply, though variety was on the minimalist side. Darn, those cinnamon rolls are good! Rooms were ok. Our hvac unit sounded like it was at the end of it’s lifespan, complaining loudly but working. The shower provides great hot water, but the shower head has two settings: 1) sandpaper, 2) feather soft with only 2 inch diameter spread. Neither worked for me. The tv resolution was horrible, with pixels often bugging out. WiFi throughput was 39 Mbps download and 14.8 mbps upload, ok for most needs but a bit dubious for Teams/Zoom calls. Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows of varriying types. Despite some small reservation, I will absolutely book here again.

  On a recent trip to the area, we booked 2 rooms at a different hotel that turned out to be unacceptable. We quickly scrambled to find another hotel and found the Holiday Inn Express. They gladly took our last minute booking and the rest of our stay was wonderful. The staff were helpful above and beyond expectations. My room had a minor issue of water leakage, and they were quick to send someome to fix it. Breakfast was great, areas were clean and we feel this hotel is better than advertised. Would definitely stay again!
