    This place wins purely on location and view, and honestly that’s enough. You can literally see the sunset over Glen Canyon from your window, and that view is worth way more than the room rate. The hotel itself is like any other Home2 Suites. Clean, simple, all the basic facilities, nothing fancy. But step outside and you’re about a 2-minute walk to the canyon, which is wild, and major food spots and shops are just a short 5-minute drive away. It’s not luxury, but the million-dollar view carries the whole experience effortlessly. Everything was fine overall, but the front desk experience fell flat - the man at reception sounded robotic and not home-friendly at all, which slightly took away from the warmth of the stay. Still, the view and convenience easily carry the experience.

    Edit - 01/25/26 - The hotel is asking me to contact their support by calling them. It seems like no one read my review. I already contacted the hotel through text and then through corporate. I attached a screenshot of the case number. They can easily look up the case number or my name in their database and respond. Why are they asking the customer to call again when I have already contacted them multiple times? Original Review - I had one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Check‑in was unprofessional—no acknowledgment of my loyalty status, no welcome amenities, and staff who seemed untrained. My room had faulty appliances, and instead of receiving an apology, I was lectured. Housekeeping never serviced my room despite multiple requests, and I was wrongly blamed for having a DND sign. The breakfast area was chaotic, the water was cold, and there were plumbing issues throughout my stay. I informed hotel management through a text message. I received a call from the hotel manager who assured me they would “make it right,” starting with refunding for stay. Despite that promise, I never received the refund or the follow‑up call I was told to expect. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident—this hotel seems to have a pattern of promising refunds and then disappearing. I then escalated the issue to corporate and had to remind them multiple times before finally receiving a dismissive response. Based on the service failures and lack of accountability at every level, I cannot recommend this property.
