- RJRico JamesJan 1, 20265.0Very nice hotel. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is pretty much the standard complimentary fare offered at most resorts. Decent and edible with different choices. Rooms clean and comfortable, bedding very nice and getting out of bed was the most challenging issue we faced over our 3 day stay. Loved the fresh baked cookies available all day!! Awesome!! Would stay again on another visit. Thanks.

I arrived close to noon and even as a Platinum Elite member was told very firmly that check in is strictly at 3 pm with no flexibility or effort to see if a room might be available. I understand rooms are not always ready, but the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming and left a poor first impression. I had to leave and return around 4 pm. The room itself was clean but not well soundproofed. I could clearly hear a baby crying, people talking in nearby rooms, and guests walking outside, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

While food wasn't bad and regular hot breakfast, the refill service was pretty slow and kept customers waiting for nearly 30 minutes, specifically 45 minutes prior end time. The doors to breakfast section closes exactly at 9 30, maybe few minutes after the food has been refilled. Hope management takes note and addresses this problem.
