I normally never have any problems staying with this chain of hotels. However, this was very wrong. I originally booked one night for me and my family. We decided to extend our stay another night so that my mother could have access to the room and the hotel amenities while we were out and about doing a hike the next day. Lo and behold, the room was changed and therefore, my mom was denied access to her belongings, to the room, to the hotel amenities for over 5 hours, while waiting in the hotel reception. The reason given was that I had to check in again personally. I explained I was far away and could send my ID virtually any way, but they refused. When I returned, all I wanted was the manager’s contact information, but this was denied. The lady at the front desk who identified herself as Ry proceeded to say she was going To just refund me and I could go and stay somewhere else. I booked another reservation and when I went downstairs to finalize the refund I found out she was unable to refund me, leaving me with 2 non refundable reservations. When i voiced my frustration she threatened to call the police on me. Needless to say we would not be staying there again and I hope they take better care of their customers.

Das Hotel ist groß und die Zimmer sind geräumig sowie sauber. Roch am Anfang etwas streng aber nach dem Lüften war es in Ordnung. Die Dusche ist schön groß. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, man hat die Leute über uns immer stampfen gehört, vielleicht war es aber auch einfach nur eine Familie mit Kindern. Frühstück war in Ordnung, typisch amerikanisches Frühstück so wie es in fast jedem Hotel ist. Die Dame, die sich um das Frühstück kümmert war jedoch sehr nett und aufmerksam, großes Lob. Pool sowie Whirlpool waren vorhanden und haben wir auch genutzt. Waschen konnte man dort auch, hat alles gut funktioniert. An der Rezeption gab es Waschmittel zu kaufen. Das Waschen inklusive trocknen hat uns dann allerdings etwas mehr als 10$ gekostet. Ansonsten war alles super.

Rooms are huge! Really nice and clean! The view is beautiful! They have a pool and a hot tub. Those are both really nice. They’ve got a very good breakfast as well in the morning! We totally recommend this place!
