I so badly wanted to like this hotel, because the view seemed beautiful but upon getting here, The first room they put us in on the 2nd floor smelled terrible as if a musky man with bad odor was living in it prior to us the smell was so bad it made me gag. In that same room we found a small bed bug, and a bright yellow urine stain on the sheets on one bed. We immediately asked for a different room and provided pictures to show and we were pleased that the front
Desk was willing to accommodate our request. The new room we got was much better however I will say it felt minimally clean and I noticed a lot of dust in the room and hairs still on the floor in the bathroom. The noise in the hallway was terrible you can hear everyone laughing talking etc as if they were in the room with you! In the lobby and hallways men are drinking beer and you can smell marijuana strongly, the staff didn’t seem to care. You can also hear the person above you stomping around. The beds in the room were extremely soft and felt old and sunk in. We did not sleep good and after traveling 8 hrs we were hoping for a decent place to sleep but this was not it…Breakfast was average and the attendant was kind.

Think twice before booking. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors talking, flushing the toilets, and showering. The mattress are so worn that they severely sag in the middle. I sank into it like a hammock even being a slender person. The sounds in the lobby echo and carry through the entire 200s hall, and the constant lobby noise makes real sleep highly unlikely. I wouldn’t stay here again

We walked in for an overnight and the front desk staff (Yvetts) was so friendly and helpful. We had a room right behind the front desk and as soon as we walked in it smelled horrible, like someone had JUST used the bathroom and was having some sort of #2 issue. We then looked around (the rooms are dated, but the value made sense for the nightly rate), and there were dried yellowish stains on the sheets. I went back out to the front desk and told her about the status of the room, she was SO apologetic, completely understanding, and moved us to the room next door immediately. She checked the room first, then had us check and confirm if it was acceptable for us. It was much better - no off smell and no stains, and when I confirmed it was good for us she made sure we were happy with it, and adjusted our nightly rate with a discount for the inconvenience. She went above and beyond.
Honestly, we most likely won't be staying there again because of the cleanliness/housekeeping. The walls are also thin - the breakfast area was directly under us and the voices kept waking our family up in the early morning, but the friendly and accommodating customer service was outstanding! The view was also nice.
This is a 2 stars hotel. The rooms are just OK. The air conditioner/heating system is old and noisy. The towels in our room were old and yellowish. Breakfast is terrible; minimal. Bad coffee, scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, a few oranges (no other fruit), some pastries and bread for toasts. In any decent European hotel this breakfast would be considered an insult. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Go to a Motel 6 and get the sane service for less money.
