  despite what BW app and website states check-in is not at 3 and you are lucky to get in at 4 as at 3 we were told it would be “at least” an hour and half. Rude customer service, lots of other options in Page!

  The hotel is centrally located next to Glen Canyon valley. The breakfast was luscious and plenty of parking space.

  I wish there is an option to not give any stars. This is one of the worst experiences and worst hotel that we have ever stayed. Let me start by saying that the room we booked is the family room and I seriously wonder who planned the layout of the room. The beds were far from the ac, and the couch got all the ac. So, the entire room was extremely warm. Secondly the bathtub had drain issues which was not acknowledged. The staff said all employees including maintenance starts work at 10 am. Thirdly we were informed that the breakfast would be to go bags as the occupancy was low and we did not agree to it as we paid a good amount just to start our day with heavy breakfast. The breakfast timing said 7:30-9:30 am but everything was wrapped up by 8. We were 5 people and they gave us 3 bags of to go breakfast and said they were out of breakfast and bagels. We were told not to use the bagel toaster as they had to clean it again. The staff was super rude and after confronting them about all the breakfast issues the staff asked us to checkout (which we could not) and that they will not issue a refund. They said you just paid xxx amount. Any amount is hard earned money. The staff needs to have proper training about how to deal with customers and how to resolve issues. We stayed for 2 nights and both days we did not have proper breakfast. Overall, I would say stay far from this place.

  Hotel da consigliare per la sua posizione, vicino ai luoghi da visitare (Antelope Canyon e L'Horseshoe Bend). Le camere sono comode e spaziose. Comodo anche il parcheggio incluso che è davanti all'hotel. Io sono stata una notte a dicembre e devo dire che l'unico grande difetto è stata la colazione. Poca gente e quindi poca scelta sia dolce che salata. Mi aspettavo una colazione più varia e abbondante, invece poca roba sui tavoli insomma veramente scarsa.

  Decent hotel. Clean. Has the basics. Comfortable stay. What you would expect from a Best Western chain. Good location in the town.
