  Booked this hotel on booking. It said it serves breakfast but upon arrival, we were informed that no breakfast will be served during our stay. The hotel attendants did nothing to make it up, and since they inform us last minute, we had to change our plans significantly. Plus, we checked into a room that smells like marijuana and has sunflower seed shell on the floor. We were greeted by rude and nonchalant attendants and could hear doors slamming all night.

  I booked a room. Upon entering, the overwhelming smell of fried potatoes was unbearable. I asked the front desk to change my room, but they said they didn't have any rooms of the same size, only smaller ones. After my repeated requests, the front desk contacted their manager and changed my room. However, the room was sparsely furnished and practically empty. See the photos! The pungent odor and the emptiness of the room made it hard to believe this was a Plus Hotel!

  Great place for a couple of nights in Page, AZ. The staff is friendly and the breakfast great. Rooms at least our room was quiet. Only the breakfast on Sunday was less diverse than the one on Saturday. I wonder why. No waffles, no creamcheese, no joghurt.....

  One of the worst hotel experiences at Best Western chain! Starting from breakfast, untidy rooms, poor customer service, room phone not working, etc. in spite of paying premium price, entire experience was below par and equivalent to a motel experience. Unsure why I should have paid this high!!! Stayed for two nights, hotel was sold out. Which management would have known about well in advance and still they ran out of majority and very basic breakfast items (fruits, bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, pan cakes / waffles, tea bags, cupcakes / muffins, hot oats and so on). Butter was frozen like rock. Servers attitude was sorry they out of most of the items , sorry we got too many people and this is at 7:05 am !!!! When breakfast just opened at 6:30am. Room was not cleaned! Dust, hair, mud particles in the room, blankets were shabby and quite small the size! Pillows were all ready to be trashed as no life left in them. Rooms phone was not working so every time if we have any questions or need , we need to walk to reception. Who unfortunately was always 1 person and had to many things to handle :( Hardly any room service mentality, which could be checked if we are short on towels, any toiletries! Twice room service entered room when clearly we asked no room service. List can go on and on! Hope the management reviews the feedback and takes corrective action so other future folks staying in the hotel can get a better experience and worth their $$ (which unfortunately we lost severely on)

  The rooms are a bit outdated and the heater/air conditioner unit needs serviced. It ran so loudly I didnt use it the entire time I stayed. Was offered to change rooms, but the new room did not have a freezer, which I needed. So I stayed in the original room. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and several options to choose from. The pool was drained for repairs, but it is winter, so although I took my suit it was too cold gor the pool anyway. Outdoor hot tub was available.
