  Bella la posizione! L’albergo sembra bello ma sembra e basta.. mi son fatta cambiare la camera perche quella che mi avevano dato era di fronte alla macchina del ghiaccio e c’era un rumore insopportabile. Il phon funzionava a tratti e quando camminavano nella camera di sopra era un disastro..Colazione non stupefacente

  Very disappointing stay.—Staff didn’t mention the pool being closed when I was at the front desk making the reservation then I got up to my room looked and it had a tarp over it. Then tried to lie and say I was informed, I told them to check the cameras for the conversation as this was 1000% not true and I wouldn’t have booked. So the pool was closed and the hot tub didn’t even open until 10am, which makes no sense, especially in the heat you cant use it before it’s scorching hot out. There were multiple issues during the stay that were never properly addressed, and overall the experience just felt poorly managed. I gave them plenty of time to respond and make it right, but nothing meaningful was done. Customer service was non existent even after reaching corporate, and it looks like I’m not the only one as the reviews are now flooding in for the season.

  Terrible experience other than nice professional staff. The place is very neglected. Needs new unpeeling furniture. I wrote to corp. But haven't gotten a response yet. Even the elevator was missing few buttons. Not sure it will pass any safety test. Dreary tiny lobby. There is no PLUS in this Best Western Plus. Will never ever stay in this or other Best Western hotel. For sure they don't adhere to Corp. Standards

  Front desk very kind and respectful knowledgeable about the area room very clean and has all the toiletries that you need very good night sleep

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but when we got the room there was an uncleen towel hanging in the bathroom and there were hair in the tub and the water stream in the shower was slow because part of it still went in the bath fuaset, the bed sheet had a stain. When we went for the plus we wanted better maintenance and better room cleaning.
